I liked that soon after I made my purchase I had a customer service representative reach out to me to not only confirm my address but to ask me what my goal was and to offer me additional products that could help my journey..

Finally realizing I was talking all this time to a robot named Al. I actually thought I was talking to a person and was giving private information to a computer. Dear God, help me. lol

I just placed my order and all response has been very professional. I cant wait to try all. I'll keep updates on the results.

Had an amazing conversation with Victoria. I needed a couple of questions answered and she responded via text right away. I told her that i don’t really need it right now but will in the future. So i did purchase the Sculpt Her. I am really looking forward to using the Sculpt Her.

Y. She answered all my questions and explained the use of this product.

I got a text from Victoria at SculptHer about order I made about 6 hours ago. She gave me info about using the “trainer” or “probe” and ways that can improve the effectiveness of this device. She said I could get a lube that can improve my success and comfort with the process. Discount price and will come with the others items in my package.

I just got it. I used it last night for my first time it pulsates inside of you. And I can use it a few times a week maybe 10 to 15 minutes a day so at this time I do not know how it will work, but I just hope it’ll work as soon as I use it more. can’t wait till I see some results. I am excited. I will keep a calendar to see how long it takes. I will report back and let you know.

I have a implant I have called and written numerous text I have not used and will not use I would like to return and get my $149.oo back Cant seem to get an answer

I can not give a review in regards to product. But their customer service and business practices are horrible. I placed an order a couple of days ago for one $149 item. When I was completing my moms purchase her card would not go through due to security verification her new card was requiring. Prior to that knowledge I thought something was wrong with site, so i tried again for her with same card. After 2nd decline I called card company for and made aware of verification need.

I then needed to use another card. So I went to the site and placed order with a new card. Only had the 1 item in cart and processed payment and received confirmation. Not even an hour late I was looking at my email and seen that I had two separate order numbers, one going to my address and one with my moms address.

I immediately tried to find a phone number to make them aware they had charged her twice on two separate orders and that she did not 2 devices. However, there is no phone number to call, only an email address. So I emailed the following:

"Why am i showing 2 confirmation orders. I only need one order.

The first time I attempted order my MC was not working. So I used another card after calling MC what was going on with my account.

Can you please cancel Order #60708 ? I do not need two devices and it is not for me it is for my mother. It also her card number not mine.

Thank you"

and today I have finally received a response 2 days later. With this response:

I have now responded with the following and reason I am here posting a review:

"That is not what I said nor is it the problem. One of the orders should not have been charged. I only ordered one item. Your company has charged me twice on two separate orders. If I wanted 2 items I would have put 2 items in my cart and the order would have had one order number. As you can see you issued 2 order numbers. I only need one and that needs to be refunded.

I am putting this issue on Trust Pilot. Also for your company not to have a customer service number to call is a horrible business practice. "

If this company is going to have an online site and no contact phone number then they should have a site that is going to ensure charges are correct, and that emails are being checked all the time. As my email stated, if I wanted 2 devices I would have ordered on the same order. I also would not have emailed right away of it had been intentional.

I feel soooo fortunate to have discovered this site and their product. It was serendipitious! The personal care and service is incredible. I am waiting now for it to arrive and to use. More when I’ve used it. I highly recommend checking them out.
