I appreciated having an employee reaching out to in quire whether I wanted an additional support product at a discount, and I'm thinking about it.
I chose this produce after looking at another product which was less money, but after watching the Shark Tank presentation, I decided to choose this product even though it was more money than the other product I'd previously seen on Instagram. I'm aware that many items created by people with great ideas, are quickly "stolen" by Chinese vendors, so I was influenced by watching the Shark Tank presentation to help make my decision.

I have not received my product yet but the customer service is top notch. I received a text message right after my order had a actual conversation with someone maybe something not sure but they answered my questions and were very personable. I will come back and update after a few weeks of use.
