Our experience with SDS Manager so far has been positive due to its clear focus on automation, regulatory compliance, and user-friendly design. Even during evaluation, it is evident that the system is structured to simplify SDS management, provide automated updates, and support risk assessment effectively. The interface appears intuitive, and features like AI-assisted data extraction and mobile access are particularly promising.

We had to maintain paper manuals that were often outdated and unorganized. SDS Manager has helped us streamline the process and make SDS sheets easy to access from anywhere!

I have reviewed 3 possible (Cloud) Safety Data Sheets solutions and came to the conclusion, that SDS Manager offers the best value for investment and ease of use. It also has an app, which is very usefull for our Operations personnel.

SDS Managers is easy to use, the search functionality is responsive and accurate. The use of hazard symbols and visuals is clear.
Overall, SDS Manager has streamlined our chemcial safety process and improved the accessiblity especially for our field personne.

I appreciated that the sales team was not pushy on us making a decision to use their SDS manager system. My team loves the accessible QR code option and it is much easier handling our SDS management with an electronic system instead of paper copies.

We've recently switched to SDS Manager and find the User Interface much cleaner and easier to use than what we were using before. The offline app is also a great function meaning our workers int he field always have access to SDSs

SDS Manager has made Hazcom compliance a breeze. We no longer need to keep massive binders of MSDS sheets in all of our vehicles. We no longer have to worry about updating and reprinting which is tedious, time consuming, and expensive. We don't have to worry about whether our crews will have the required documents if they are inspected. With SDS Manager, every crew member has a laminated QR code that links directly to our SDS Manager account where they can access all of the automatically updated SDS sheets. Highly recommend!!

We are a company based in Sydney and have 250 employees. Previously, we were using a paper-based system as well as an electronic record of the chemicals we were holding on site. Changing to SDS Manager has been a great experience overall and I will call out these particular points to illustrate this:

1) Easy to trial the system for free. The system is easy to navigate and will be intuitive to most people familiar with the internet!
2) Loading up SDS is easy and there is a good global database which sometimes had a more recent version than our existing SDS.
3) The feature for anyone with an internet enabled device to get access to the SDS without any sign up is invaluable. (Via 2D barcode).
4) SDS Manager were very responsive and made a minor change to functionality when I suggested it.

There are more points but I don't want to make this review too long!

real easy and modern

Good Esperience and very fast introduction of the new MSDS . The seet back are only the non total alingnement with the swiss local requirement and the possibility to give the access at suppliers

We recently moved all of our SDS from the standard books to this online system. Migration was fairly simple: drag and drop pdfs.

We did have a few PDFs that couldn't be read, but the customer service team was able to move those over for us fairly quickly.

The QR codes make access simple for our employees!

And I like knowing that we always have the latest revision available! That was a struggle with hard copies.
