David Inch and the team were brilliant when buying our home. Really quick to reply to emails and really helpful and professional at all points of the process. My previous experience with a different company had been completely different - I had to chase them every step of the way and the process felt very slow, whereas David and the team were always incredibly efficient. Highly recommend this company.

I honestly cannot fault anything. Emily was so helpful from the start and also with help from Lucy too. They were able to help me in getting my new home, and at such a speedy time frame which was absolutely amazing! As a first time buyer, I am unaware of the process behind getting a home and it was made so easy by the girls. They were so patient in explaining the process and making sure I understood what the next step was. I cannot recommend highly enough. I've never had a great experience with conveyancing lawyers until instructing Spratt Endicott. They were incredibly helpful, responsive and proactive. There is a good team, so that if one goes on holiday, you are not left high and dry. On this transaction,they hectored other lawyers (who were hopeless) in the chain, and when we didn't complete on the day due to issues lower down the chain, David ensured my costs incurred were made a condition of completing the next day, so I got my money back immediately. After completion, Lynn took the time to confirm the nightmare delays and disruption by email so that this information could be used for my son. I wouldn't hesitate to instruct them again (though lord knows I hope I don't have to move again soon!) and thoroughly recommend them.
