Very disappointed with the product
Very disappointed with the product. The product stains easily...very hard to keep clean. Bought the cleaning product from SeaDek and didn't help the stains. I would hate to see how bad it would be to clean blood off the floor if we actually used the boat to fish.

Customer service was subpar
Customer service was subpar. Put in an express shipping order for a single sheet, took until I called to process the order, one week later. Wrong label was put on package… didn’t arrive until 2 and a half weeks after the order date. Was not issued a refund for express shipping.
Was looking for a helm pad and ruler, process could be better.
Was looking for a helm pad and ruler. Great products, but access and service left something to be desired. I live close to SeaDek and I was told I could not pick up my products at their facility, for a trip that I had five days later. Was told that custom lettering is 2 to 3 months out. Was also told that they could not estimate delivery due to being separate from their shipping facility. Called customer service twice and left a message with no returned call. That said, the staff was very pleasant. I felt they didn’t want to bother with the small stuff, would rather have a large order and have it scheduled 3 months out. If you have plenty of time and stick to automated ordering I am sure things will work out for you. But expect a ridiculous wait if you want something custom. Also seems they rather have dealers work with customers instead of direct.
A Positive- on one of my five calls they suggested a dealer in Orlando (Next Level), who was fantastic and very service oriented. In the process I ordered direct from SeaDek first and the products came in a day late for me to use for my trip, had to return. After ordering I called Next Level, who turned around my custom printed requested in 24 hours, two days before my trip. If the products weren’t so great my review would have been 1 star on SeaDek direct. Next Level gets 5… the product itself is a 5 star. Sure others have great experiences with SeaDek direct….just my 2 cents and intent to help future transactions.

Installed sea deck in March and a section is melting, called the warranty department and they told me it’s caused by Sun reflecting off the door to the swim platform. DO NOT USE SEA DECK !!
SeaDek warping after only 3 months, installation company says "not covered under Warranty"
Do not use this product. We had the Seadeck installed by Castaway Customs in Florida in March of 2022 and only three months later the product is warping around the entire perimeter and is either a bad product or faulty installation, both of which should be covered under warranty. We called Castaway Customs to have it repaired under the warranty and they made up a sketchy reason over the phone saying it was not covered because of sunlight reflection off of poles 🙄. What makes it even sketchier is they did not even come out to the boat to see 1. Where the poles vs damage is located and 2. that we have a custom boat cover the protects the boat from the sun when not in use. We will be pursuing the matter further but it’s best for you to avoid this company and save yourself the time, money and hassle. I have contacted SeaDek on Facebook and via their customer service email. I will update this review with the resolution.

SeaDek Scam
SeaDek scam - SeaDek warranty department will find any excuse NOT to live up to the fulfilling the warranty. They are worse than most tacky insurance companies. I had panels that were installed for only 73 days and started to curl at the edges. I sent them two photos of the defect only to be told it was not covered under the warranty. Not sure how Amanda Bissett and her warranty team figured out it had nothing to do with SeaDek after looking at just two photos? Bottom Line: SeaDek do NOT stand behind their product. They do NOT stand behind their installers. They do NOT disclose the name and contact number of their CEO.
Disappointed in product
Upon receiving the product, we got it installed and at first loved it. But after having it out for a day, the next time we took it out we noticed the black stripes getting wider in a couple areas and by the 3rd or 4th time we had it out it was really getting noticeable. I contacted SeaDek and the said it's not covered under any warranty, but if we bought mitigation pads they would remake the pieces this one time. I'm sorry, but I am very disappointed that I've spent that kind of money on something I was so excited about and right away starting having problems. I have several friends boats that have SeaDek and they haven't had one problem. Also, it's very obvious that our flooring was cut from 2 different rolls, as the gray color is 2 different shades. I have asked several times if there could be a defect in the product - but the question never gets answered. It's completely avoided. Like I said, just very disappointed that this is being a "me" issue - I feel like it's a SeaDek issue and they should send the pads free of charge if that's what it takes to correct the problem. It's been over a week and I've yet to hear back from anyone about the pads either.
