purchased the sheet material, watch the install videos. Finished the install this past weekend, absolutely love the results. We are refurbishing a vintage 13 foot Boston Whaler and the Sea Dek just classes up the whole project.

Bought a cooler pad

Bought a cooler pad, but it’s both very thin and doesn’t fit. - Update….reached out to them. They were willing to provide RMA, but don’t cover shipping, which is pretty much the cost of the mat.

I love my deader ruler!

I love my deader ruler!! I have tried twice to have someone from Seadek to call me to do my whole boat, but no luck! I have a 20 foot Express XP200 and would like to put Seadek on my whole floor. 812-309-0265

High quality durable products

REALLY impressed with the quality of the SeaDek products I ordered - fenders, helm pad, fish ruler. Really well made stuff. Plus the thoughtful details included with the fenders: lines (with properly whipped ends) included! Amazing. The helm pad couldn’t be more comfortable. The fish ruler is a durable and tasteful alternative to stickers. My boat has SeaDek installed in critical deck areas and it has really held up well over the years and is a really nice addition to molded-in fiberglass non-skid.

Seadek won’t sell me their product

I called Seadek to schedule an appointment to have somebody measure my boat so I could obtain the product with a custom fit a local dealer came out and supposedly did the measurements it’s been over two months and Seadek has no idea who I’m talking about or does not even have the measurements for my boat and I called them a third time asking if somebody could please come out and do the measurements and I still have not gotten a response from either Seadek or their third-party this is terrible customer service

The only opportunity

The only opportunity your company has is to provide a tracking number automatically whether you have a current account OR not. As you may know you have to have an account to get a tracking number. As an anxious and excited customer I had to call in to get an ETA which I would prefer not to have to do. Other than that the product, customer service and timeliness were all great! Well done SeaDek

Hey Andrew, thank you for leaving us your feedback. You should be able to clean up your helm pad relatively easy using some blue Dawn dish soap and a medium bristle brush. Please give us a call at 321-632-4466 with any other questions.

I installed the sea deck myself

I installed the sea deck myself, the glue on the back allowed me to adjust the pc I was laying.The glue then tighten UP then YOU ARE NOT MOVING IT !! The one thing to know is when you measure and cut for some reason it shrinks about 1" both directions you have to stretch it back out glueing one side and pulling th other. had installed about 2 weeks absolutely no issues !

Hey Bruce, unfortunately, we do not have 9MM triple lam samples to send out. The 6MM teak sample is the thickest we send out.

Recently SeaDek had a sale on cooler pads and one of our coolers was not cool enough and now it is not only keeping things cool, but it is also COMFY because of the SeaDek topper! Thanks so much!

SEADEK IT!!!!

Well it’s hard to explain how nice this stuff looks feels and Weathers especially. I use my seadek in very harsh conditions on a dive boat. In full sun lifespan is about seven years max. Would not use any other product but Seadek. The 3M backing has made a huge difference in the adhesive process… I highly recommend this product and none of the other fake stuff.

I received the wrong items

I received the wrong items and was told it will be 20 weeks until the correct items will be shipped. I was not offered a refund or exchange. Waiting is my only option.
