Their salesperson said I can cancel within 90 days, and I sent them my request to cancel on the 2nd month. They then say I'm locked in for a year. Now they sent my account to collections making me pay for a year I didn't use. What an absolutely disgraceful group of people. I hope they get the karma they deserve. Stay away from this company. Their data isn’t even good. There are better alternatives and are most likely not slimy as these people.

Seamless.AI is unethical and dishonest. We purchased this product for 1 year with upfront payment of $2400. We sent written notification to cancel the renewal 50 days before the renewal date and they told me it required 60 days. They billed my CC anyway. Their platform is completely useless and generated $0 dollar in new business to justify the expense. Now we are working with our credit card company and reporting them to multiple bureaus. We are a disable veteran owned company and they elected to be unfair and dishonest in their business practices with us. We are considering contacting our attorney. A class action suit should be launched against this organization.

I believe that People, Products and Service are the key ingredients for a successful supplier partnership in business. Seamless provides all 3. We receive regular proactive communication from Seamless asking about our experience and if there is anything they can help us with. The Product has been a game changer by allowing us to target the correct audience with a "warm" call. The Service has been excellent. Clean current data, with immediately availability.

Contact/lead data is typically stale, outdated, and unvalidated. That's my experience in working with other vendors in this space. Seamless is the first tool I've worked with that's easy to use within 3-5 minutes that actually provides validated sales data. Whether it's accurate company organizational structure or valid e-mail & phone numbers, Seamless has been great and excited to keep using it. My SDR and I make great use out of the tool

Seamless is a great tool to find leads and their contact information. It is quite accurate with a very competitive pricing.

Non existant customer service until time for renewal came up and then a very aggressive sales person. Combative culture, and clearly they are just a sales organization, product and customer success are distant priorities.

I did not like their approach or responses during the sales process. They called a lot, it was hard to get them off of the phone when they did call, (except when I finally said I wasn't interested and they hung up on me mid-sentence.) Every time they called, emailed, or texted it was a different person. One of the last times I spoke with a rep he asked me if I was available during some times; then when I agreed to one of the times he stated that actually wouldn't work and then scheduled me for a time that didn't work for me instead with, again, a different rep. I stated multiple times that it wouldn't work for me, and he just kept saying we'll try your hardest to make it. The main reason I wouldn't buy this product is the lack of true structure in their sales process. If the sales process lacks structure and consistency, then where else are they lacking?

This Company has no return policy. Their software doesn't work as described. Their training video skips over the part where actual emails are extracted. The bounce rate of the contacts of the charts. They refuse to return $1500. They promise premium access and then ghost you. This is a scam! they are using Google's Get Prospect api which is 1/3 the price and it actually works!

There are numerous alternatives available in the market that offer superior features and cost less than Seamless AI. I strongly recommend exploring these alternatives and investing your time and money in their resources. Seamless AI appears to be more interested in selling their product than building strong relationships with their customers. They seem to lack the commitment to assist individuals in becoming great salespersons. It is disappointing to see a company that prioritizes profit over customer support. They simply take your hard-earned money without providing the necessary guidance and support to help you excel in your sales career. Consider exploring other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and are genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals.

This company collects other people's personal data without consent for the purpose of selling it, again without consent. This is a breach of EU privacy law when an EU resident is involved. Rather than ask for consent, they simply email a notification to the effect that now they are going to sell your data.

When I asked them who gave them my data, they simply gave me a general response even though the GDPR obliges them to tell me.

It is possible to opt out, but only after they have started selling the data, which means that customers harvesting new data on a daily basis will already have received the data illegally and can start abusing it for spam and more, again in violation of European privacy law.

Companies using such services should know that if they use such personal data collected against the will of those involved, they may well enrage their targets rather than make them likely to buy anything.

Seamless.ai has furthermore tried to get my review removed from Trustpilot. They don't like to see their bad behaviour exposed in public.

Advice: stay away from this sort of company that earns money by selling information that doesn't belong to them, and in violation of privacy law.

Seamless was a horrible company to work with. After months of issues and zero customer support, the representative we were finally connected with told us "A lot of our customers are having issues with the program not working at all. I tell engineering and they haven't fixed anything". We implemented their system and spent days reversing the collateral damage this failed program caused. Run for the hills and keep your money.

Compared to other data tools, they have by FAR the most accurate phone numbers and emails for the Decision makers I sell too!

Absolute scam. They sent me a renewal notice, and I sent them two emails saying I don't want to renew. They billed me $1,800 anyway, saying I needed to give them 60 DAYS' notice. No legit SaaS business needs 60 days' notice unless you're just trying to catch people off guard and continue to collect money. Complete scam.

Getting continuous spam by this company via my catch all email. This is GDPR infringement and I have never done any business with them.

This company sent me two identical spam emails sent to different addresses of mine, telling me they would share my details with other companies. I have not given them, or anyone else, permission to do this. This is illegal.

Stay away from this platform. They have the worst customer service ever. Majority of emails provided are no longer valid. Also they will renew your subscription without any warning and never return your money.
