Results are very inaccurate. Usually wrong name, email or number results. Let's of bad or hard bounce emails. Even when you try to cancel, they will still try to renew you. DO NOT USE. Much better options available. Not sure where the AI is because it doesn't seem like anything special

Honestly, has room for improvement but still as is, I will give it a pass.

Excited to start with the product. I recently purchased it because a friend told me he uses it for his businesses. I'm hoping for the same results he has had. It's been two good weeks and so far everything is good. Data seems fine, though some is lacking, but I don't really care about accurate phone numbers.

Some really cool features on this thing! Love that I can upload my old contacts and lists and have it update any outdated info! Huge time-saved.

I ma always skeptical about another 'miracle' tool. Seems like there is a new one every week. Call me Old School, but sometimes less is more. At a friends insistence, I decided to check this out. Honestly, seamless surprised me. Will be using it as a foundational part of my networking and outreach from here forward.

Seamless has been a great game changer. I used to spend hours searching potential commercial clients. Now, I can build target lists in minutes. It's paid for itself many times over.

The landscape is changing, more competitions entering the space with the AI boom. Seamless does appear to have a large head start but their success will depend on how the next 5ish years go. There are plenty of instances I've seen that points to them succeeding. I think they've raised a lot of money and growing so stability for me and others perception is solid.

Their product does not offer anything different and most of the contact we found were outdated.
One thing that makes them stand out is their predatory practice of auto renewal your policy every year. We luckily read reviews and got it removed from contract but they are so used to extortion that they still tried to charge us and sent email for payments at end of year.

I've got friends who are in other sales roles and we get together and share pros/cons of our roles. All I can say is I'm fortunate to be in my role and don't plan on leaving for a long time. Can easily be a long-term job if it's your type of work; it means hundreds of calls but at the comfort of your home. Allows for great flexbility.

Seamless is a top 3 company in this space , good brand recognition, everyone needs sales so my job was a bit easier than my last. Teams energy is infectious, so I pushed hard and almost got burnt out.... Use PTO Wisely

Is it worth the price? Yes. The amount of time it has saved my staff has been astounding. I've actually been able to transition one of the sales assistants over to a full time sales because of how much time we have saved.
We no longer need them doing all the research. Now they can be making sales too!

Searching for prospects to find a review can be such a pain as I'm a saleswoman. I just want to sell and make my money. Seamless.ai has finally allowed me to do that. It's saved me so much time that I've been able to double my income in the last year. Is it worth the money? Without a doubt. Highly recommended.

No issues so far. Sales rep made me feel very confident in my decision and so far I have not been disappointed! I would recommend this to any other small business owners!

Easy to use, quick, efficient. The sales representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me get all my questions answered.

Helpful for finding contact information! I wouldn't know where else to look without Seamless. It's single-handedly been the best decision for our agency and will be a repeat customer for life!

Prompt action throughout the whole process, including extending my free trail another 2 weeks which they don't normally do but made an exception for me while I was on vacation. I was impressed with their responsiveness and follow up.

I've A/B/C/D tested Seamless to some of their competitors and it's been above and beyond better than the rest. I will note, it's complex and I needed to learn how to do some things, but it's helpful they have the tutorial videos in-app to learn from.

Appalling the data was appalling and frequently wrong we never got a deal and then they try and stich you up claiming you need to provide 60 days advance notice to cease the account…. Very SHARP practice which will not stand up in an English court

Illicit practice of charging customers on auto-renewal. Their condition is that we have to cancel 90 days in advance. What a joke! Extremely poor product and extremely poor service. The product should be capable enough so that the customer should ask for renewal itself rather than filling people with illicit conditions of the contract.

Very useful tool but occasionally buggy.
We use this as a business intelligence tool and certainly a big part of our tech stack but the Google Chrome extension is occasionally buggy.
