Sears en linea mala experiencia

Mala experiencia para comprar en linea, hice el pago en tienda física y me cancelaron el pago, les pedí que si podían generar un nuevo pedido al fin ya estaba pagado y se negaron llevo ya 20 días y no me han reembolsado, el número de tel. Que tienen te dirige al chat bot tienen números que ya no funcionan, responden por X hasta 1 o 2 días después y lo único que me han dicho es que están en revisión de mis datos, pésimo servicio cero comunicación y confiabilidad

Bad experience

I placed an order with Sears Marketplace. The seller printed their own mailing label. They printed incorrect street address per my USPS inquiry. Post office would not tell me the address, Sears customer service escalated my problem to seller several times. I was charged twice, two different amounts. By the time it was straightened out, the baby bedding set was out of stock. Could not find it anywhere. I will never order from Sears again.

While I had no problem with Kent

While I had no problem with Kent, Tom or Ben the technicians, Sears itself stinks. For example in February they fixed my SAMSUNG ( a horrible company) ice maker.a common problem with Samsung fridges, it broke again within 6 weeks. Tom came on the 11April. He had to order parts and wanted to return within a week. Since then I have NOT HEARD FROM SEARS EXCEPT THAT THEY TOOK THE CHARGE FEE OUR IF OUR ACCY!!!! I waited 3 fudging days at home for repair, to afraid I’d miss Tom! I’m so agrevated , annoyed and just done. This btw is not my first or second experience with SEARS =Servicing Elemental Appliances Reeks Somehow !!!!! I texted Tom which he finally answered, claiming he had both parts and we were scheduled for today May 22. Again no confirmation email or text from SEARS. So I contacted Tom to find out we were not on his schedule. So I called SEARS. I was told manager would call me within an hour. After 2 hours I called again. After a lot back and forth I m stuck on hold with some day called Jolana , got an Escalation number and supposedly will be called in a few minutes for next steps. I’m so done with SEARS

Sears solved the broken washer problem in a quick one hour , they were on time and called ahead to give me advance notice.,

Be very careful buying a mattress from Sears.com

A few years ago I bought two Sealy mattresses from Sears.com and was delighted with them both - comfortable and at a great price. So naturally when I went to buy a new mattress a few months ago, I went back to Sears.com. Never again. The new Sealy mattress I bought was wrong for me - this is of course not Sears’ fault - I just bought something too firm. After a couple of months with my back getting worse and worse, I wondered if I could return it. No phone number to call, but I did get on to the Chat function and was delighted to hear I could return it! I was given the wrong information about the returns, being told that it would be free of any charges (which is actually not true, there is a pickup charge and a 15% restocking fee), but nevertheless, I was over the moon that I could return my painful mattress and get a new one. The guy on the Chat was very keen to arrange a new purchase - OK, fine - but was hazy about the details of refunding and collecting the old mattress. After a loooong time on the Chat, I got nervous that I was going to end up with both a new and my old mattress. So I cancelled the new purchase, deciding to arrange pickup of the old mattress first. The pickup day came and went, and sure enough no pickup (and no refund). So I tried again … again no phone number to call, but got back onto the Chat. This time I was told that yes I could have returned my mattress when I first contacted them but now I was a couple of days outside the return period. What?!? I had not been told there was a time-out, and I was only outside it because they hadn’t come to pick up the mattress! The Chat person was very apologetic, giving me a number (finally!) to call to speak to someone …. only the phone number goes through a range of loops so actually it is impossible to speak with anyone (believe me, I tried pretty much every loop option). Back onto the Chat, again very apologetic with promises someone would call me to rectify … you guessed it, nothing. I tried the phone number once more, miraculously got onto a receptionist, who told me Sears no longer existed and hung up before I could say another word. So, I’ve given up - which feels like the result they were aiming for all along. Moral to the story: if you know exactly the mattress you want, go for it - Sears.com has great prices. But if you think you may need to return it, save yourself the time, aggravation and ultimately wasted money and go buy elsewhere.

Purchased a stove that was out of stock…

Purchased a stove that was out of stock waited almost a month for delivery and the delivery guys show up with no plug and wanted to leave it in the box. Seriously who purchases a stove and leaves it in the box????? Why would I purchase a stove without a plug? I will no longer do business with this company. Don’t recommend.

My Kenmore fridge wasn't cooling…

My Kenmore fridge wasn't cooling properly, I made an appointment with what I thought was a Sears repairman. Apparently they no longer use their own techs but contract out. Tech told me it would cost over $900 to fix my $500 fridge, so I asked about a discount on a new one. He said he had no info on that. I went to the store the next day, asked the salesman about the discount, was told that they didn't offer that, despite the fact the offer is on their home repair website. I needed a fridge, so I bought one, paid for delivery and haul away of the old. They delivered the fridge, and asked if they were supposed to take the old one. I told them yes, they took it out and brought in the new one. I thanked them, they left, an hour later I went outside and found they had left the old fridge on my driveway, on top of my hose. I called to find out why, that took an hour, their call center is overseas, and while they were very polite, they can't do anything but make appts or cancellations. I found the number for the warehouse, again, not Sears, but a contract, and called. I was told that they wouldn't take my fridge because it had ROACHES! This is an out and out lie, and when I told the rep so, she continued to repeat that they would not come back and pick it up because it had ROACHES. This is just unbelievable to me. I have a strict homeowner's assoc., it needed to be off my driveway within 24 hours. I called every Sears number I could find, it is impossible to speak to a live person, there is NO customer service. I had to pay someone to come and pick it up. I have very little money and can't afford this. Went back to the store and complained, I was told they would not refund the delivery fee, as "haulaway is a free service." Well, it was under delivery instructions on the receipt, and after a 10 minute argument with the store mgr., they credited my acct for the amount I had to pay to have it hauled off. Did not reimburse me for my ruined hose. I will never deal with Sears again. If there are problems, there is NO ONE to call, the companies they have contracted their business out to don't seem to have any interest in doing an even remotely decent job. Still haven't received the discount on a new fridge promised on their website.

Be very careful. Shopping on Sears website is borderline scam. During the holidays I purchased items and received about $100.00 in cash points distributed in four installments .
Many items are not eligible for purchase with points. Also some items are not eligible for free shipping although the minimum purchase amount has been exceeded , Some items cant even be purchased when added to cart.
Customer service is terrible , When attempting to cancel a duplicate order agent gave me case number but refund was never received and shows the both items in transit.

very bad customer service

i wanted to purchase a treadmill, had a sales rep help me with it, she assured me i would get free delivery and installation, they charged me for it and refuse to process a refund, every time i call i get transfered around util i get to some foreign representative who cannot help and doesnt speak comprehendable english. they have a very long wait for delivery time. i am horrified at the very poor customer service

Sears.com cost Sears my years of loyalty

I LOVE SEARS BUT!!!! Sears.com is the worst place to try and do business with.
I've been with Sears 36 years, and spent some years $3000.00 plus per year. I AM DAMN DONE WITH ANYTHING SEARS. I placed an online order, and I had " reward points " of about $5.00, that did NOT apply to total price, so I called and they said they will cancel this order, and I can just reorder now and they will correct price ( don't know why they couldn't just apply credit to order I previously placed). So I reordered, no problem, being reassured that original order was cancelled. Got home to receive email stating that " order can not be cancelled " I was concerned and called ( hold time 14 minutes) they apologized and said I will see cancellation and refund in 48 hours. Two days later , same email can not cancel, this went on three times, so I agreed to refuse shipment.. well I received the later placed order FIRST, then the " non cancel" order second, proving that order never left and therefore could've been canceled.. I've since tracked my refused order, it was received last week, still no credit, numerous calls, including one where the airhead girl refused to get me a requested supervisor and put me on hold only to be picked up by Craftsman tools..so two more calls, one to corporate, no avail, back to Sears.com where I was assured she would get supervisor , only to have to repeat the same stuff over and over as she reads off of a card of procedures they should do for a customer, all the while I asked if she was in the capacity of issuing credits, no answer, and it will be three hour wait time until I get a supervisor.. I'm calling bank and stating fraudulent activity due to this, as well as banning all Sears products and emails... DO NOT DO BUSINSS WITH SEARS.COM

Worst customer service ever!! NONSTOP delays on delivery!!

We ordered mattress over three weeks ago. Got a confirmation of delivery. Next day received a text confirming delivery. Twenty minutes later, a text stating that delivery was rescheduled three weeks from now! Called customer service. Was transferred all over the place, four times (two hours on the phone). Could not understand a word they were saying. The accents/language pronunciations are unbelievable. I requested to be transferred to an office in US. They said it was not possible. Sears.com is quick to charge you for the merchandise, but don't care to deliver it. No wonder it's going out of business. Stay away from Sears.com
I still don't have a mattress, or my money!! The costumer service is the absolute worse. Can't get through to anyone who can help. Disappointed is an understatement!!

Sears has great clothing and shoes as well. they have it all
