I bought a Samsung frig from sears along with an extended war, about a year later it broke down and I called to have it repaired.
the Micky Mouse outfit they used for the repair took 4and1/2 month to get the job done!!! Not only did I loose food twice I had to buy a mini frig for 300$ to hold me over. And as far as making a food claim I logged on to the web site and tried it asked for so much crap, that I could not
find, that my frustration got the best of me and I gave up!!! There fix was a 100$ sears gift card . What a joke!!!!!!

i found the same part for less than sears.com.with the same warrenty for less about four buck lesserthan sears .when i call sear i don't like it when they ask for your full name .and they usecallid .they say is this Jason how they now.thatalso know address in there system i don't like that i not for sururity reason i don't like that..is that done buy computer i hate computers my self i,m going to call a complane at 1800 for my home .they some time match the other seller price is it the real guniune part not like amazion or ebay
