Our hospitality tickets for the Champions League quarter final were great value and made the whole experience a night to remember - eventhough the result wasn't quite what we were hoping for.

It would be nice to be able to use the FREE drink voucher at any time , not just at half time.
It would be nice to know a time when the X player will be in attendance. I walked the bar area twice and didnt see anyone

The drinks voucher is advertised as a 'complimentary half-time drink.' The former player visits numerous hospitality lounges thus is only in the Brodies lounge for roughly 15 minutes. As the lounge is busy, they cannot meet everyone. As an official hospitality reseller, we have no say on the packages themselves. We will of course pass your feedback onto the football club.

No refund for changed date
Paid for very expensive tickets. Date if the game was later changed to a day we could not visit - no refunds as game was changed not postponed. Very unfair policy.

Thank you for your review and apologies for your negative experience. You were given a refund in the form of a credit note to be put towards a future fixture which is mentioned in our T&C's and is common practice. This is due to the Premier League regularly changing fixture dates up to a month in advance due to TV rights.

His actions confirmed to me that this is a trustworthy site with real people who are considerate and helpful and not just about making money. I wouldn't hesistate to use them again if I needed to buy tickets.

So far, there has been nothing to criticise.
Addendum dated 8 November 2025
Due to the match being postponed from 30 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, we had to rebook our tickets for another match. This also went smoothly. Thank you for that.
Buying tickets online was easy and there were no additional fees (as criticised in some other reviews). I also received a quick response to my two email enquiries. If the ticket delivery is just as smooth, then I will be more than satisfied.
I will only give the 5th star once the tickets are on my mobile phone.

Wegen der Spieltagverschiebung vom 30.12.25 auf 1.1.26 mussten wir unsere Tickets auf ein anderes Spiel umbuchen. Auch das hat problemlos funktioniert. Danke dafür.
Der Online-Ticketkauf hat problemlos funktioniert und es wurden auch keine zusätzlichen Gebühren verrechnet (so wie es in einigen anderen Bewertung kritisiert wurde). Auch auf meine beiden Mailanfragen habe ich rasch eine Antwort erhalten. Wenn nun die Ticketauslieferung ebenso problemlos funktioniert, dann bin ich mehr als zufrieden.
Den 5. Stern gibt es erst dann, wenn die Tickets auf meinem Handy sind.
