Ordered, 3 seats together and hospitality. Chose our seats, (which were perfect and hospitality was perfect.) and paid by card, all approx 3 or 4 weeks before match. I received a Welcome email, later I received an update email, then approx 5 days before match, I received emailed tickets, then a confirmation email, too. I felt reassured throughout the whole process. (I had it confirmed they are legitimate licensed sellers) and have just used the site again. The whole experience from purchase to final whistle was faultless.

Excellent service and easy to use. Tickets arrived as advised and easy to use at the ground. I have used Seat Loader on several occasions now and have had no issues on any occasion.

The hidden charges for 'processing fees' are outrageous - preposterously high. Disgusting rip off. I thought we were protected from these now by consumer legislation. I will be checking this.

The SSL certificate throws the following validation errors when attempting a booking on the confirmation screen

"Something went wrong Error: {"message":"Whoops!","code":"UNKNOWN"}" - this seems to hint at a host server error their end ? Not great when processing secure payment data ! I would expect rock solid stability from a supposedly secure website.

These issues do not instill any confidence in the buying process via their website, the whole thing feels flaky. The FAQ section for example has incomplete sections under "What payments do you accept" there is just the text "Answer".

It is worth noting that their old website worked fine and looked professional the updated version is amateurish to say the least.

Seems like they still have some gremlins to iron out on the new site until then I can't recommend using these guys based on these issues. Would you risk several hundred (if not thousands) of pounds on ticket purchased via a flaky website....me neither.

Dreadful practice of advertising a price and then adding close to 20% mark-up late in the buying process. Otherwise, no problem with buying tickets from Searloader. But come on!!!

The prices on SeatLoader look competitive at first, but by the time you get to checkout, you’re hit with a ridiculously high booking fee that isn’t clearly explained. It felt like blatant fee padding — just an excuse to squeeze extra profit. If you’re going to charge that much, be upfront about it. Very disappointing and I won’t be using them again.

Tickets did not work. At first I did not have access to Anfield, but after 10 minutes of confusion we got in. Then other people were sitting in our seats but they had valid tickets with the same seat number So we had no seats. I recommend stay away.

The answer below from Seat Loader is misleading. I was in contact with them and it went nowhere, no explanation. The tickets were double sold, an Anfield official checked the tickets of 4 persons for 2 seats. We were the ones who missed out.

Seat Loader LTD offers decent service, but it's far from perfect. Booking was straightforward, and communication was mostly good before purchasing. However, hidden costs like a £100 fee on top of already expensive tickets, plus unclear airport transfer details, were disappointing. While the experience at Anfield was enjoyable, the overall value for money and clarity need improvement.

Have wanted to take my boys to Anfield for years. Went to the Lille match. Great experience from start to finish. Yes its expensive but Seat Loader made the whole process very clear and seamless. Got our tickets emailed to us 5 days before the game so no worries at all. Just one note if your not used to using a Google Wallet etc just be prepared that the tickets are all digital(NFC) so you need to download to a wallet and you can only download once so be prepared. Will definitely use Seat Loader again.

It's bad enough charging extortionate prices but they then charge ridiculous booking fee, 2 tickets £299 each. Final price £705
