We clearly display stock availability on our website for products that are currently in stock. However, this particular item was sold as a pre-order and, unfortunately, the shipment experienced unforeseen transport complications that caused it to arrive later than expected.
We always try to communicate proactively and pass on the latest information provided by our shipping company. Regrettably, estimated delivery dates can sometimes change due to circumstances outside our control. We fully understand your disappointment and apologise that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.

Excellent Quality & Smooth Transaction

I first ordered one chair, to see what it was like. I was so impressed with the sturdy quality, the scale of it, and the design, that I ordered a second chair. I am a pianist, and use one at my piano. It’s more comfortable and supportive than any other chair I’ve previously had.

Good but no instructions
Delivery and quality of chair were good, but disappointed there were no assembly instructions in the box or available to download. Although there wasn't much involved in assembling the chair, knowing which screws etc were supposed to go would have helped.

We’re sorry that the assembly instructions were not included in the box. These chairs do normally come with instructions, so it may have been missed from your parcel during packing.

Seats took weeks to arrive
Seats took weeks to arrive . When they did they were damaged. I am yet to receive any response. Communication is poor. I would not recommend this company.

Some models and colours can take longer to arrive when they are on pre-order. We do show this on our website for each chair model and colour, including which items are currently in stock with available quantities and which ones are on pre-order.
I can see that you ordered the VIVA chairs, which are a very popular model and have received good feedback from many of our customers, so we’re sorry this has not been your experience.

viva chairs
I like the colours , and the seats are comfortable.
The seats are rough. They pull my clothing. For the price, they should be smooth.
They were not delivered in 3-5 days as advertised.
They did not follow delivery instructions, and they were left at the front of my house

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you like the colours and find the Viva chairs comfortable.
The chairs are manufactured from recycled polypropylene, which helps us offer them at a price significantly lower than many comparable models. Because of the recycled material and manufacturing process, the surface may feel slightly more textured than chairs made from virgin polypropylene. However, we are surprised and concerned to hear that the finish is catching on your clothing, as this is not something we would normally expect. Please contact us with photographs so we can inspect the issue and advise further.
Regarding delivery, the order was sent using a third-party courier. We provide the courier with all delivery instructions supplied by the customer, but unfortunately, we cannot always control whether individual drivers follow those instructions correctly.

My order was delivered on time. The customer service was very good. Also the price of the goods was very reasonable compared to other retailers. Concerning quality, I can see the goods has appealing look and the make is very good.
