good overall despite packaging
great quality seat, and customer service! quick replies to any queries. only thing to be improved is packaging, i ordered a single chair and it came damaged (i had a replacement sorted quickly after with great service, absolutely no issues there) but it was only packed in a thin layer of bubble wrap and a few foam pads on certain areas. if this improved it would be an absolute 10/10 but may just be because i ordered one item and this company is used to bulk orders. overall however a really good experience despite this one minor issue

We completely understand your comments regarding the packaging as well. With bulky items such as chairs, packaging can become extremely costly and time-consuming, especially for single-chair orders. Unfortunately, even when we add extra protection, couriers still sometimes manage to damage items in transit, which is very frustrating for both ourselves and our customers and ends up costing us a significant amount in replacements and shipping.
For smaller orders, we often find it quicker and more efficient to resolve any issues immediately by sending a replacement straight away, as we did in your case, rather than heavily over-packaging every individual chair.
That said, we genuinely appreciate the feedback and will continue looking at ways to improve the packaging experience where possible. Thank you again for your support and understanding.

Lovely chairs, put them in our dining room, lightweight and easy to move and clean, was kept updated with delivery and arrived within couple days.
