I was beyond happy with these guys…
I was beyond happy with these guys efforts. Requested important delivery and was little worried if it won't be on time but we were very pleased as they travelled to Scotland during weekend.
Extremely polite , professional and full guidance and knowledge on the items.

Fantastic for the price!
I dealt with Sorin who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Giving me advice and help on colours and chairs and then keeping me updated with delivery. I was nervous buying 120 chairs without actually seeing them in person but they are better than I expected. With weddings ranging from 50 to 120 we spend so much time moving and stacking chairs these are lightweight and easy to stack.

Great product, outstanding customer service
Talk about responsive. From initial text chat to delivery of 100 chairs took 10 hours, and we're 130 miles from Ipswich! The chairs themselves were really competitively priced, well packaged and stack beautifully. Last weekend we had our first event where all 100 were in use and the feedback from the users was overwhelmingly positive. My only regret? I didn't get 30 more.

Terrible experience
This is now the second time I have changed my review. I ordered a table Royal Mail lost it. After this I made a bad review recieved a phone call and got told a new table was being sent out. I ordered the table on the 10th of December with 2-3 day delivery. It’s not nearly a month later I have not recieved either of the tables sent and have requested a refund multiple times but no one is seeing my emails. I want a refund as the mess about I have recieved is not okay to say I have not even had my parcel!

We did our best to get your table delivered and dispatched replacement stock promptly; however, unfortunately, we were let down by our delivery company, especially during the extremely busy Christmas period. This caused delays and issues that were outside of our direct control, but we fully acknowledge the inconvenience this has caused you.
Over the Christmas period we also experienced limited access to emails, which regrettably affected our response times. That said, your order has now been fully refunded, and no further action is required from your side.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We genuinely appreciate your patience, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we fell short of your expectations.

Ordered 4 dining chairs. Was a bit weary as hadn't heard of the company before. However thought I would give it a go. Chairs arrived today had to be put together which was straightforward after I figured out the first one. They are really nice and I'm glad I bought them. Great chairs, great price and fast delivery

Amazing service and quality
Ordered 20 of the kids chiavari chairs in white and they were delivered within 2 days! They were well packaged and the chairs themselves were stunning!! I loved that they are moulded and stackable and super easy to clean. I would definitely order again

Great value, great quality, niche range and local
We ordered; 2 x Chiavari Tiffany Kids Stacking Chair and 1 x 6ft Rectangular Folding Banquet Table from seats and beyond. It was our first time ordering so thought we would get a couple of things for the kids, we rang up and arranged to collect it directly from their warehouse which is quite local to us in Ipswich. They are based on the main road along Henley road in a converted farm yard. I was really impressed with the quality of the chairs considering the price, and the fact that they were local was also really convenient. The chairs are light, colourful, while still being sturdy. The size was perfect for our little toddler who absolutely loved them when he saw them. I can't recommend them enough and will certainly be ordering again!
