They sent me the wrong book entirely and never responded to multiple requests for a refund! Infuriating and I have now contested the charges.

I didn’t get my complete order
I didn’t get my complete order, it was complicated getting assistance. When I was told my missing part would be refunded I still did not receive a complete refund so had to go through the process again.
