They sent me the wrong book entirely and never responded to multiple requests for a refund! Infuriating and I have now contested the charges.

I ordered 4 books under 5... To get the fourth one free. after a few days I get told one was already sold and reimbursed me .35... I lost the 4th free book ... I should of been offered to choose another book in exchange or this book should of not been listed available... Soured me wanting to buy anymore from your company
