The man I spoke to when I phoned to ask…
The man I spoke to when I phoned to ask for my items to be delivered to my home was very polite courteous & very helpful towards me. I found this a lovely change from so many other interaction on the phone & face to face as attitudes & lack of respect these days has been far to evident of recently. Such a shame more people are not like the man I spoke with at SecuriCare recently.

Securicare service was excellent…
Securicare service was excellent although for the second time (100%)DPD left the delivery on the doorstep with no attempt to ring the doorbell or use my designated safe place (next door neighbour)

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to read that you are still experiencing issues with your DPD deliveries. I am going to raise this with one of our team leaders and have this investigated. They may call or email so please look out for this and I hope we can get this resolved for you.
