A careful and friendly service which helps me manage what is not an easy healthcare situation. The occasional blip like double supply of an item or unavailability. But overall a very reliable service which takes the anxiety out of ordering new supplies.

Excellent service- staff are helpful & knowledgable about products & are willing to send a sample if there believe, after listing to customers needs a different size or product may help. The products of Securicare are excellent quality & service prompt. I especially like that Securicare send emails giving info on physical conditions appropriate to their product users. .

Staff always friendly and helpful
Staff always friendly and helpful. Had to change GPs practice recently and had problems with prescriptions, which you don't need when having to order regularly. Securicare keep me informed if prescription is slow in being returned and keep on to ensure delivery asap. Always very helpful on phone.
