Just got credit card and limit is only $400 with $39/year fee but they say after one charge and then one on-time payment they will increase to $1000. Also they say after five payments they will increase limit but no number was given. So far no complaints.

I have not dealt with Customer Service so I can’t comment on that. But I love the website. It is user friendly being an elderly person. The information on it is very clear and not confusing at all. I like seeing my transactions immediately when I open the site. I also like that they post quickly.

I would not recommend this card to anybody. If you have fraud charges they will not stand up to there responsibility and take care of it. Then they add them back and interest and put you over the limit then they want to send you a message telling you over the limit. If you are considering this card I advise you not to get it because it is kind of fraud

I have bought 2 scans on two people. Both indicated no Tinder accounts. Both of these people HAVE Tinder accounts..

Do not I mean, do not get their card ! Closed this account and mind you I've never used it ! When I closed the account they'd still bill me for their stupid annual fees ! $59 bucks I paid them ! Once closed its still reporting to my credit report that I have a credit usage ! Lol $300 credit limit and it has a credit usage for what ? This people are the worst credit card of all times !!

I was approved for a credit card, tell this day almost a year and still haven't received my card. I have called and sent ALOT of email's. But on the app my statement keeps going up, and I have explain to them I have never received a card. Stated there was a payment made, after looking I not able to locate where I have made a payment. So they closed my account for non-payment and sending it to collection. Don't know what to do?

Can you send me a flyer in the mail too? I’m not gonna do it. I ripped it up.

I didn't make any purchases with this card, and they are charging me monthly fees with interest and damaging my credit score. Isn't there a regulatory body to punish this company?

Would give them negative stars if I could. I fell onto hard financial times and was offered a settlement for $337 and was told I could either pay that day or by January 20th, 2026. I asked if I would be reported late to the credit bureuas if I took the January option and they told me no nothing would be reported. Complete lie and now they have dinged me 60 days past due twice. My credit is RUINED NOW. I finally made my settlement payment was told on Friday my account will close and nothing else delinquent will be reported and nothing yet. If they hit me with 90 days late I will be reporting this to the FDIC, CFPB, BBB and my state attorney general. I would NEVER had agreed to this if I had known this would happen.

I never signed up, i never activated a card I recieved and supposedly I owe them $40. My attorney general.and ck number protection bureau will be receiving a call from me

Never received the card. never activated the card because I never received it. But I received a bill for the account that I have never used or activated

I applied for a credit card two weeks ago off of a pre approved offer I received. I still have no decision. I have called three times and everytime I called they make excuses and seem to not know what is going on. When I log on to the app it says I will have my decision within 2 to 3 business days. "Seen" is unreliable and cannot be trusted. Beware of doing business with this company.

If I could give no stars I would. I did not know there was an annual fee. I charged $151 and paid it instantly upon seeing statement with annual fee. I called asking them to zero out balance. They flatly refused. I paid the $39 fee and was left with .43 cents. Called & asked them to wipe it out as I closed the acct. Again, flatly refused. This is not a legit bank/credit card co. Run, do not walk, as fast as you can. Do not do business with them as they completely inflexible. And ask a ton of security questions to boot!

The customer service is horrendous! I moved and they wanted WAY too much personal information to confirm my new address. They wanted a FULL copy of my new lease! No way! You can't mail a payment, customer service is working from a garage where you can hear back-up alarms. Steer clear at all costs!

Scammers!!!
Sent me faulty jeans (no button hole) and wanted me to pay for return to China!!
Then only offered me 50% refund.
Do not buy from them! Definitely not in Melbourne they are in China

Card locked for last three months due to a payment that was a day late - still charging that interest though!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
