Just like everyone else, I usually do check reviews and I so wish I had. Cheaply packaged and made from shiny artificial material. No care labels or saying what the fabric is. This company pretends to be a shop in Manchester. Cheaply made shoddy goods, don't buy!

This is the worst quality item item I have ever seen , terrible fabric and not linen but cheap polyester , stuffed in a plastic bag so not even pretending to be a quality item . Return impossible as it’s China .. total scam and I’m annoyed I didn’t check on here before purchasing , DONT ORDER!!!!

Like it appears everyone else, I regret not checking this company out before placing an order. Not only was I fooled into thinking I was dealing with a UK company, but when I write to them they replied saying they were a UK company. The time between placing the order and receiving the order was 3 weeks, the dress was packed in plastic but beautifully packaged as on the website and the material was nasty cheap synthetic not linen as it looked on the website. Like others I was fooled about their shops - no addresses available and of course they don't exist. While I am sad that this was an avoidable experience, it would be nice to be able to add a warning on the internet as not everyone thinks to check whether they are being scammed. I wouldn't even give them one star.

DREADFUL - this is a scam... the products are awful and there is no way to return the products.

My bank are currently helping me get my money back.

If I could give this site 0 stars I would. Wanted to return item. No responses over the last 4 weeks. I doubt I’ll see my refund. The dress is not fit for using as a tea towel.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I was duped into believing this company is UK based but when I wanted to return the poor quality dress I received I was finally given an address in China. I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering anything. My advice is do not buy anything from this company

Eventually received a pair of very poor quality shorts nothing like what I had ordered , unable to access their website no forthcoming refund as agreed …do not trust this fraudulent site !

This is company isn’t what it’s made out to be. I ordered a dress it was badly made and very cheap looking. I wanted to return it but it wasn’t straight forward, ended up getting 40% off just to get something back and put the dress in a charity bag. The very same dress popped up on Shein for half the price. Instagram really should monitor their advertising more closely. Very disappointing. Thought I was buying from a small business:-(

There is a plethora of fake UK clothing shops advertising on social media. This is one of them. They’ll probably be active for a short while and then rebrand themselves as another established UK shop. All the fake shops follow the same website design, use the same stock and AI photos. The businesses are not incorporated in the UK (The Netherlands?), clothing is made to order in China and posted from there. These separate websites might all be controlled by one business. My dress arrived in a ziplock plastic bags, with no shop label, no care tags, unlike the featured photos. The fabric is not linen or cotton, as advertised - feels like some kind of plastic. There is very little understanding of pattern cutting (my dress is cut like a tube!), seams and trim are very poorly constructed. I feel sorry for the workers in China. Perhaps they feel fortunate to have a job, but they’re being paid a pittance to produce substandard work at speed. The business owners are scamming customers, and there should be some way to deal with their deceptive practices under UK law. If ever tempted to buy online, triple check the legitimacy of the business. These sites seem to dominate the space these days. I did contact the company to voice my suspicions. Someone responded with emojis to reassure me, the profile image of the person in the email relates to someone who has zero online footprint - ie she does not exist.

Beware this is a scam…I am annoyed with myself for having wasted £39.95 on the Zara Festival Stripe Dress. The material is cheap and nasty 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. I had my doubts about the company two days after I had paid. I contacted them stating that I thought it was a scam, they had the cheek to respond trying to reassure me. I have actually notified my bank.

I ordered a beautiful mid blue embroidered dress midi length for nearly £40
I received an awful cheap and nasty navy blue maxi dress printed with a cream pattern. They claim to be a high end uk shop. They are obviously a shein / temu knock off business scamming people with false advertising and very inferior products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I too have fallen for this scam . material is like an old pair of Curtains ,badly made and awful .was offered 25% refund ,....I could kick mysely by not being more vigilante Same with TEMU site ,Absolute Rip off .fran

My experience pretty much the same as everyone else. Lovely looking dresses on website so I ordered two. That was 2 weeks ago and so far only one very poor quality dress arrived. When I asked for return details, I was offered discount to keep the dress and they kept saying second dress if on the way. I have asked for a full refund and details for returning the dresses but don’t hold out much hope. Lesson learnt

Sadly I believed the fake website and thought this company was in Manchester UK. I only read the reviews when it was too late. I ordered 2 dresses at the same time, one eventually arrived the other has gone to somewhere in Scotland never to be seen. As other reviews state, cheap manmade material (not linen as stated) didn't even resemble pictures which showed a collar (no collar). I am not contacting them as I have literally been scammed and do not want to talk to scammers. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! I hope you read these reviews before you order, unlike me.

In my opinion this company is scamming people into buying what they think are decent quality dresses only to find when they eventually arrive they look cheap and nasty. I ordered 2 dresses in a small size and both fitted like oversized tents
I requested a refund but was offered a discount and give dresses to a friend reply as the returns procedure was made to sound very complicated. Having to return items to asia and go through customs sounded horrendous so i settled for a refund which i did get fairly quickly from the company but i am still down over £40 but have learnt a lesson to check out companies more thoroughly when wanting to purchase their goods. Expensive lesson for me but it could have been a lot worse

The company leads you to believe they are in Manchester. They are in fact in China. The goods come from China and when you try to return you have to pay to send them to China. They items were of dreadful quality and I would stay away from this company at all cost. They are a fraud.

Wish I had read the reviews on this company. Looked like a Uk company but it appears to operate from China. I had good response from the customer services to my email as the blouse quality and description does not match the website. However was offered 35% discount to keep the item. I declined and have returned the goods to China at my own expense ie £9.30. I have followed the instructions to the letter and have emailed evidence of my return to the customer services. I will now see if I get a refund!!! The company is clearly duping UK customers into believing they are UK based, but in fact operate out of a warehouse in China. Deliveries take 2 weeks plus to get your item but the quality is very poor when you get it. I would not recommend this company.

It’s a shame I didn’t read these reviews before I ordered a dress from Shelby and Rose. I had my doubts when I placed the order when was told it would be delivered in about 14 days. Instead of receiving what I thought was going to be a cool cotton dress it was a polyester see through dress and very cheaply made. Not flattering at all. And worse still I have to return to China. They have tried to offer me 35% discount to keep but the quality is so bad I don’t want it and certainly wouldn’t want to pass it on.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Cheap tat from Asia. I though website looked legit but it's not.
