Customer service rep named Harmony kept telling me stop interrupting her. Very rude
All I was trying to do was answer her question. All she kept touting was how well versed she is in insurance in 35 states including mine. She told me how much a burial plot goes for in my state which I believed was incorrect.

The agent that I was talking to for the Life Insurance I am needing to get was a very helpful, patient young man. He was not pushy or rushing me on having to fill out the forms needed. Even when I told him I was going to have to wait until I returned from the trip I was taking, he said he would work on getting everything ready and when I returned, we would pick up where we left off. And it was what happened.
