I felt the process was long and I was…
I felt the process was long and I was not prepared for the amount of time needed to answer all the questions. I would have preferred to do an online application. The agent was friendly and cordial and answered all my questions.

They’ve taken out money twice in two weeks
We’re trying to get life insurance. It took over six months. They kept wanting something over and over again and then when it finally got accepted, they took out one payment one week and then another payment the next week. Nobody has ever done that with life insurance that we’ve ever had.
