Painfully lengthy process with too many reps involved/changing throughout. 8 months to finalize a Life Ins application. Limited updates and details in responses to questions. I needed to advocate for myself to secure updates and ensure medical records were delivered properly.

The Agent was very prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He understood what I needed and was able to get the policy I wanted. After thorough interviewing, he provided me a proposal that he felt would be accurate based on the high-quality company's guidelines.
