From the initial contact to the sale completion was a dream. It was handled quickly, efficiently and with total professionalism throughout the process. I was kept informed and didn't need to chase anyone up at anytime so the experience was refreshing and rewarding especially with the savings achieved in not following the old fashioned route of estate agents etc. Well done SAHO!

The team at sell a house online where great however the solicitors they use once a sale is in process was terrible. I agreed to a selling price with a veiwer within two weeks of being online and they seemed really keen, however I had to keep chasing things up with the solicitors and the buyer was contacting me to ask what was happening. 4months later the buyer pulled out stating that the process was too slow and the solicitor had not answered all the questions they required. I felt very let down by this as I had been waiting for the sale for 4 months. My house eventually sold but I had to keep ringing the solicitors on a daily basis to remind them of what needs doing next and to chase up the other side as I did not want to risk a repeat. I would not go with sell a house online again due to my experience with the solicitors they use unfortunately.

I am glad that you found our team at Sell A House Online great, but of course very sorry to hear that you feel let down by our recommended solicitors.
I have spoken to the customer service team at the solicitor's that were involved in this sale and have had them review the case to see exactly what happened to cause the delay. Hopefully this will prevent a similar occurence happening in the future.

Very efficient and friendly over the phone. They were always available to answer questions etc...and give support. The only criticism I would make is that they work very fast, and would have like to be more involved in the description of my property before it went online. Otherwise, they are good at what they do, and at least do not promise to sell your property at a price that is unrealistic.
After looking into a few online house sales sites we decided to go with SAHO with the £1000 no sale-no fee package. It was very easy to arrange and within a couple of days the EPC / photo / floorplan guy had arranged a date & time on a friday morning. By the Monday evening the property was online and early tuesday I received a call from my dedicated negotiator (Nicolas) to introduce himself and describe the process. We had 10 viewings arranged on the first day and another 5 by the weekend. we held a single open-house day to accomodate all interested viewers and had received a good offer the same day. We had 3 improved offers by tues and accepted a 1st time buyer with no chain for quick completion. Excellent seamless service, great communications and better than expected price by 17k. Fully recommended to anyone who wants quick sale at a fraction of a traditional high street estate agents fees and without the ascociated hassle.
