I am thoroughly impressesd with excillent customer service and tracking that allowed me to moniter the progress every step of the way, my package was easy. Was slow delivery but my canvas pieces are beautiful.

My bracelets never arrived despite promises from this brand. They took the money from me and say its for Palestine. Just be weary as nobody has bothered to even reply to my emails despite promising they would supply the bracelets. I will be contacting Mt bank and reporting this brand as fraudulent. You can't make claims you are charitable and religious but not supply the goods people pay for! By the way its March and these bracelets were ordered in November.

I had emailed the company a multiple times to have the Aayatul kursi bracelet return / refunded but they haven’t responded to a single of my messages and by the way I was within the time frame for returns. Do not order from them.

Absolutely unprofessional to not send items and suggest that I should follow up with the courier service. No refunds, but only counter arguments. I would never, ever suggest anyone to order from them. Please don’t do that mistake as they are playing with the sentiments of people by advertising that they will be donating towards Palestine.

Save yourself and your money.

I brought two Ayatul Kursi braceletts from here from an Insta add I saw. They arrived and the quality is so poor. As it has Ayatul Kursi, I do not just want to leave it lying about in the house so I contacted them for a refund- no response from them at all and I have chased on it. Really disgusting service that you would not expect from a brand selling these type of products - I would advise anyone thinking to order to order elsewhere

After months of not responding to any of my emails requesting a refund, the seller raised a request to Trustpilot to verify if this review was genuine or not. Ive just provided Trustpilot the order details to confirm this review is a genuine purchase so this is a verified review - but just goes to show the true values of Selora, ignores every communication from me, but proactively tries to “fix” their abymsall reputation by trying to get review deleted. Yet not even a simple acknowledment or an apology. Completely opposite values from this company to the nature of the products they sell! Which makes me question if the proceeds really do go to charity as they state.

This is not a legitimate company, this is a scam. £60 has been stolen from me and not returned. Do not use this company.

Worst customer experience I’ve had in my life.

Item was faulty - they offered to pay for 50% of return costs. I sent them the proof of return and they ignored.

The item costs 40.50 gbp they DID NOT refund me even though I returned it and emailed them several times with proof.

Items are shipped from china and take a month to arrive.

Scam company do not purchase from them. They appear as Selora on Facebook and are running lots and lots of adverts on facebook. They claim to stand with Palestine and say the proceeds will go to Palestine. Its all a scam. They sell jewellery like bracelet cuffs. How awful to use a tragedy like that for your own game. Ive called them out all over their facebook page and now they have blocked me I cant see their page or send them messages or anything to them. You will notice lots of angry reactions on their posts as they block and delete any comments calling them out as scammers. I hope Karma gets them big time.

Do not purchase from this company. It’s a scam. I have paid over £100 for jewellery and I never received it. It’s been over three weeks I’ve been waiting now there is no confirmation email given there is no email address or contact number to get in touch with company which is operational. I cannot connect to them. I’ve tried every way. please refrain from feeding this company because their customer service seems quite fraudulent and they are using the name of Palestine to make money and selling items which you will never receive.

I ordered the Ayatul Kursi Rings from Selora on 27th November. Received an email confirmation of my purchase. Shortly received several Thank you emails about a bracelet which I had not ordered.

I emailed them on their third Thank you email and clearly stated I had ordered two rings not a bracelet. Never received a response which made me a little cautious.

On the 30th November received my delivery confirmation with my actual order details (rings) and tracking number from YunExpress. You could follow the most of the tracking online. Once the package arrived in the UK, EVRi kept me informed directly via email about the package arrival, estimated delivery time and date. My order arrived in the expected time frame and they sent a confirmation email with photo where they had left the package.

My order was correct, arrived in good timing, beautiful, delicate, absolutely stunning rings.
