Been weeks now and still no delivery. Received an email saying it was “in my city and would be delivered in 1-3 days and that was 5 days ago now. This company seems to be a scam.. they don’t respond to emails either when I asked them twice for a REAL tracking number rather than the B.S. website tracking they give you when you use your order number. It all seems way too shady. I think they stole my money!

SCAMMERS
I don’t believe this is a legitimate company, and feel that I’ve been scammed. I was influenced by the Instagram ads to purchase this product being a first time mom and liking the idea of this product to help carry my baby around. I was provided with an order number, and when I went to track it they sent me to a weird tracking app that was for purchase. I then received an email my order was in my town, and would be delivered in 1-3 days and I must be home to receive it. When 5 days went by I reached out and their customer service provided me a different order number and stated my order was delivered. However, it was to a NY address and the “screenshot” of the delivery was not my house. I let them know that I live in Michigan, my address was verified before ordering, and the email I had previously received stated it was in Michigan. They again stated my order was delivered with the wrong order number.
They have not provided me any information about my actual order. I reached out to my CC company to report this as a fraudulent company and purchase.
I received an email today asking about my experience. If you click “Not Satisfied” it takes you to a Google Form. If you click “Very Happy” it brings you to Trust Pilot. I don’t believe the positive reviews are real.
I’m writing this review in hopes others see it and don’t fall victim to this company. Don’t waste your time and money. You’d be better off ordering a sling from Amazon.

My carriers arrived today and I am so happy with them! I looked at a lot of carriers that were very expensive and I didn’t think they looked very good. When the Senarah ones arrived today I tested it on my toddler and I’ve never seen her so comfortable in a carrier! She was never sure of them but this one she loves. Just the right amount of comfort for her whilst giving me the support to carry her at times. I love the safety strap on it and I just know it’s going to come in so handy when we’re out and about and she gets tired. It’s absolutely not a hands free carrier but a carry support for you! Weight is distributed really well and so easy to use! Wish I had bought one earlier!
The tracking information wasn’t always up to date and I found it was a couple days behind but it still gave an estimated delivery day that was bang on! Thank you!

Convenient and Comfortable
This carrier is the most convenient and most comfortable by far. It is still a bit loose on the top of the child's back, but overall, very secure. Both my toddlers enjoy sitting in it.

Carry assist - not carrier. Very happy but a bit pricey.
3.5 really! It's NOT a carrier - there are some misleading claims on the website. It's really not hands free.
HOWEVER - I love how easy it is to get on and off (had a ring sling and she wants to be up and down too much to be worth the faff.) the shoulder strap is thicker and wider than many on Amazon and if worn properly really does spread the weight so it's so much more comfortable than just holding my 2.5yr old. She wants to be held all the time and my arms were dying.
You can't use it long distance but then that's not what I want it for. If yours is super squirmy, probably not for you. It's a little expensive really - does feel a bit cheaply made but I'm very pleased with it overall.

Took it out to the park for the first time, and it worked like a charm. My toddler stayed comfy the whole trip, and my shoulders felt great too. Plus, it’s so lightweight and packs small. very happy with it.

This is absolutely a scam - fake tracking and no replies from the store in regard to my missing parcel. All Instagram comments having similar issues. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Wasted £40. Do not believe these fake reviews honestly, if you want real reviews check real people’s comments on Instagram comments of their page

honestly, this carrier’s been great for everyday stuff. the strap’s really comfy and my shoulders don’t hurt even after carrying my toddler around. use it for errands or a quick walk all the time. so glad i got it!

really happy i bought it
this carrier makes everything way easier. i can get my toddler settled fast, and it doesn’t leave my shoulders sore after a while. he seems cozy in it too, which is what really matters. really glad i picked this up!

Love the compact size
Didn’t think I needed another carrier, but this one folds up so tiny, it’s been amazing. Fits right into my bag, so I can pull it out whenever I need it. So much easier than dragging a stroller everywhere.

So far, pretty good
I wasn’t sure if this would work for me. I’ve tried other carriers before and most of them either hurt my shoulders or were a nightmare to adjust. Honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this one’s actually solid. Super lightweight, easy to put on, and my toddler looked comfy. Took it for a walk and didn’t have back pain like usual. I do wish it had a pocket though. Still, definitely better than others I’ve used.

Took a little longer, but so worth it
Shipping was slower than I hoped, but now that it’s here, I’m really loving it. It's super lightweight and simple to use, and my toddler seems pretty happy in it too. If it arrived faster, it would’ve been perfect.
