Senarah toddler carrier in mint and pouch

I bought the Senarah mint. I had another sling carrier prior to that and I must admit if feel more comfortable with the senarah. You still have to manage your toddler when he moves around but for home use or short trip it is very handy. I also bought the pouch, although it is the right size for those maxi smartphone that we have those days, and don’t find it practical where it is located. But at least they try to find a solution

I regret not checking the reviews…

I regret not checking the reviews before. I bought their carrier and they have the promise of refund if you are not happy with the product.

I couldn't really use the product as the strap was too tight and myself and my toddler were uncomfortable - even adjusting the strap.

I messaged them and they proposed me to keep the product and give a 75% refund. I said that was fine because it would be quicker to get the money back instead of waiting until the product gets shipped back to China (yes, it's not a British company, you will have to ship back to China).

They told me they processed the refund. However, I've never received the money. I've contacted them to ask about it, they told me to wait 7 working days.

It's been almost one month and I didn't get the money back. They also stopped replying my emails.

Don't buy from them because it's a real scam.

Great carrier for short term use

Happy with the product, exact same as on the photo. Easy to use. I use it mostly at home with my 12 months old and it's been a game changer for me!
I've tried to use it when I go out but it's not comfortable on a long run.. I prefer to use my regular carrier. This one is more for short term use on my opinion. Very happy with it!

Overall great purchase! But baby’s age is important

Overall great purchase. Does what it needs to do. Only thing is my kid is 5 months old and I feel she’s a bit to small for it. I can’t have her on my hip as shown and have her more on my side with the sling super tight. I still need to hold her with my arm because she could fall backwards and I worry that the seat part could slip off from under her. That being said, it still helps a lot, I can get most task done with her on my side, and I know once she’s older this will be a game changer! Just keep in mind how old your child is.

Great all around product

Arrived relatively quickly, and got updates throught re delivery progress. Product is so easy to use and comfortable I'm surprised I didn't get it before. It got really difficult getting anything done when the little one just wants to be held and this is a great solution. Not the cheapest option available on the market. Definitely recommend though!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Don’t order. I ordered this for my daughter in law. She never received it. I have reached out to the “customer support” on three different occasions and still no response. I’ve read that this is common practice for this company. Save your money and don’t waste your time! Oh, and no phone number to call….i wonder why.

Lightweight and handy

Only received it a few days ago but so far loving it. My 2 year old always wants carried but hates back or front carrying so this has really helped with the pressure. I put my 4yo in it for a little test and he also loved it but definitely too heavy for long term use. Lightweight, so easily packed to bring with me wherever we go. Seems good quality and can pull up at the back to give little one a bit more back support.

SCAM- never delivered

Do not waste your money, this company is a SCAM. I order my carrier over a month ago. I received several bullshit tracking emails from the company and then one almost 2 weeks ago stating my order was in my city and out for delivery. When I never received it, I sent a follow up email which they replied to saying that due to tariffs there was a delay in shipping. Ok then why did I receive that first email stating my order was out for delivery ??
I still never received it, and no one has responded to me. I’m going to have to work on fighting them for my money back. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money on this company, order from a reliable company instead.

Make an order on 4/28 today is 5/15 and haven’t get my order. More than a week ago they sent an email saying it was on my city but is not true! i am still waiting.
Will have to dispute my credit card! I guess all the reviews saying that they are scammers is real!

SCAM FAKE TRACKING NUMBER

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I lost £48 buying one of their carriers.. Got an email saying it was in my city so it would be delivered in 1-3 days… it’s now been 5 days! Reached out to them but they never reply back! Absolutely ridiculous customer service and should have listened to the poor reviews before buying it. At this point I just want my money back as it took me a while to be able to pay for it. Tracking number is also fake and it’s constantly saying it’s at the airport, then leaving the airport, then back at the airport. I will be also raising this to my credit card company as this company is fake

Great help

Baby is 7 months old so maybe still a little bit too small for it, leans forward a lot BUT she absolutely loves it, being part of everything as it’s much easier to carry her around like that. Less strain on the body. I feel like it will be even better when she gets a little bit older.

I’m 50/50 on whether of not I would…

I’m 50/50 on whether of not I would recommend Thai product after reading the reviews and receiving my items..

I didn’t get any shipping updates and I had no tracking so I was partly worried this was a scam.. however I ordered two slings and they both came in around 10 days which was quick compared to what the reviews said so I expected it to be longer

I personally love the slings and how the fit with me and my one year old.. I wouldn’t say that you can use them “hands free” but it really helps support their weight! Also doesn’t pull on your back which is the problem I found with carriers before!!

Secondly there was a few threads out of place.. which isn’t a big deal but if I was to pay “full price” I would be extremely disappointed because they are not cheap carriers

My main issue was the AWFUL smell that came out of both packets when opening! I was so so shocked and NOONE should ever have to open a packet to that smell

Don’t be scammed

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased two carriers and lost my money because I was scammed. Despite all my efforts reaching out to Senarah’s customer service, I have yet to receive a response on where my order from over 2 weeks ago is or an actual legit tracking number. However, they have no problem sending me emails to ask how my experience was. So here ya go. Absolutely terrible.

5/27 Update:
I received the carriers and they are super convenient and easy to use. However, the shipping was extremely long and “fast shipping” should not be advertised on the website.
