Cheap AliExpress carrier costs £6! READ ON.
This carrier has been endorsed by fake reviewers that know no better. It is a cheap made product from CHINA and is sold on AliExpress and I’ve found it on there for £6.67!! They also ship for free. This company, Senarah, are a glorified reseller charging £62 plus £3.50 shipping on an item from China that costs £6.67. The item came in a plain bag with a Chinese sticker on it & outer packaging was Senarah which proves it’s not their item and is a shoddy Chinese carrier being sold as a luxury product. They’ve admitted it’s from overseas when I asked for a refund. They ignored my requests of wanting a 100% refund, offering me 35%. I politely declined and again mentioned I want 100%, they responded again saying they’d give me 75%. I then had to threaten my consumer rights and a negative review so they agreed to a full refund however will DEDUCT 7% due to the cost of shipping from overseas…. A shipping I already paid when I purchased the item and paid £3.50 to ship! They are a SCAM and SCUMMY company. Avoid like the plague! And regarding the product, your child WILL fall through and if not through, they’re going to snap their spine as there’s no support whatsoever for their back and they hang backwards unless you keep an arm over them - which defeats the purpose of a carrier that should be helping you carry a child/baby hands free. This item is NOT safe and on top of that good luck getting your money back from a company that advertises 90 days money back guarantee. Also they want YOU to pay returns for THEIR gobsh!te faulty product. This entire thing has dragged on for around 5 days now just to get a refund. And the tracking from ‘Yodel’ also confirms it’s from China as I can see how many times it had to clear customs from China. Buying a £6 carrier & sticking a Senarah label on it they charge £62. But a dog in a pigs costume is still a dog and this product is a shoddy Chinese product that you’re paying premium prices for! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! OH ALSO YOU WILL WAIT AT LEAST OVER 1 WEEK FOR THE ITEM BECAUSE IT IS FROM CHINA!

Great carrier, useless storage bag
I really love this carrier. My 15 month old daughter brings the carrier to me often, asking to be carried. The carrier doesn’t make it significantly easier or lighter to carry her, but it does allow me to have an extra hand free, which is a plus. I use it around the house, and keep a second one in the car and use it when I need to quickly run into a store. (There was a special offer to purchase a second carrier at a steep discount after I made my first purchase.) However, the mini storage bag is useless and I would not recommend it. The bag is so small, a single diaper won’t fit. Senarah offered me a significant refund to keep the item. They were consistently quick to respond via email.

We have loved our carrier! It is great for both boys. I think if I had to ask for something else it would be a pocket for keys. But we truly love it and use it every day

I bought one carrier for myself and my 1.5 year old because he’s a big guy but loves to be held so it was perfect for me. I got a deal on the second one and it worked out perfect for a coworker who is having a baby in two months so she can have it on hand when the time comes for her. Easy to use and my toddler loves it.

I just got it so haven’t used a ton yet! But I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old and just trying it out it’s so much nicer than the cheap Amazon ones. Great product definitely hands free, my son absolutely loved it!

Clasp gave way, 1 year old could've been serious injured
I received my senarah carrier on the 12th February, initially I was very impressed, however last week I was securing my 1 year old and as I tightened her in the clasp gave way causing the carrier to completely fail and come apart, thank god I was holding on to her at the time otherwise she would've fell and ended up seriously injured.
I contacted customer service to report this and they couldn't have cared anyless, all they have said is that as I received my order on the 12th February and it was now the 3rd of June it was over their 90 day returns or refund policy (it has been 111 days) not that that is even important to be honest as the safety of my child was put at severe risk and the safety of other children could be at severe risk.
This carrier is advertised as hand free carrying and I would seriously advise anyone who has brought this to never ever carry their child hands free with this as if the clasp gives way and you are hands free your child would be at serious risk of injury.
There is no safety feature around the clasp either so once it comes apart there is nothing to stop the child from plummeting down to the ground, poor design for safety.
Customer service sucks and I wish I never brought this carrier. I would not recommend this carrier or company to anyone.

Great product works really well. I had previously used a much more expensive brand from the high street that didn’t work as well and was twice the price. Definitely recommend this carrier!

Product seems OK, however not clear that this item is coming a long way and this must have a significant CO2 impact, which also equates to over a week to get the item.

Pretty good
The carrier came within a week or so, with regular email updates.
It feels like good quality and so far has been good for around the house.
I find I can’t wear it too long without shoulder pain, and I wouldn’t say it ‘hands free’. My little wriggler would definitely throw himself out of it, but good for a bit of back and hip relief!
There was no info or guides in the bag when it arrived, which I think would be useful.

So far I love it
So far I love it. My daughter is under the age limit (8 months) but I have started wearing it around the house. It’s been super helpful as I can still use both my arms and tick off the chores when she’s wanting to be close to me.
