Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Dropped my parcel in a depot 15km away. Will not redeliver. I would never shop with a business that uses sendle again. 0 stars

Sendle are a disgraceful service

Sendle is the most unprofessional, useless service that i have ever had the displeasure of using. It is the service that Shopify seem to support so they came to me via that. I have to say they are completely usless. They lose parcels you send, they don't reimurse you and ask for your supplier invoices to verify what is already available for them on Shopify and the info they operate of, they don't pick up parcels scheduled for days and weeks at a time and so much more. To say i spend more time on their help line than running my business is not an exageration.

Oh boy! Customer service useless

Oh boy. Normally I'm not one to post things but far out!! The literal worst courier service I've encountered to date and there have been some terrible experiences. So, to sum it up I run a business from home. Ran out of sunflower oil for my soap making. Went through my normal supplier who is great by the way. Had multiple options made. I selected couriers please. It was sent via sendle. Ordered October 16th. Pushing it as a soap maker for the Xmas rush and had no way to travel an hour and a half each way. It is now the 27th of October. Ended up placing a second order and asked for them to put an Australia post option there. I messaged earlier in the day via their messaging service. They couldn't help me apparently until past 6pm. So contacted them again. They've launched an investigation apparently. They asked if there was more that they could do. I said, mo thankyou I've had my quota of being gaslit today. This is after I begged and pleaded for a pick up point so I could drive to apparently a non existent depot. They have asked for another 7 days.....here's the problem. Those oils need to be stored correctly for it not to go rancid. Angry at a loss of over $200 plus courier fee. Digusted!

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience – zero stars if I could.
This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They are completely unreliable and dishonest.

My parcel was scheduled for pickup on 23/10. I had it ready right at my front door and was in my garage all day with the door open—no one came. Around 5pm, I contacted support and was told someone would still come that day. I waited until 8:40pm—nothing.

Throughout the evening, I spoke to four different customer service reps, all assuring me the pickup would happen, yet their system still showed “not collected.” Then the next day (24/10) they claimed the driver came and couldn’t collect—an outright lie. The box was clearly visible right at the front door.

After reading other complaints, I now see this is a pattern. This company is an absolute joke—full of false promises and lies. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from them.

I ordered a item on eBay and the seller…

I ordered a item on eBay and the seller used this courier. I was home all day and I received a message that they tried to deliver parcel. Then received a message that I have to collect the item from a chemist where the courier left it to be collected.

NEVER USE SENDLE (SYD to MEL, 2 MONTHS and ongoing)

This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure working with. Ongoing attempts via their chat, phone and email support make promises then they refuse to do anything. They actually believe that updating their tracking website is the same as notification, This god awful system is awash with holes and problems that can cause your parcel to disappear like mine has.

Worthless shipping company

Worthless shipping company, never delivers on time, and false information appears on tracking. In my case, I showed the item as out for delivery from 9 am, but it was never delivered. Contacted customer service, they can not even communicate with their driver, but promised the item would be delivered by 6 pm, and now it is 7 pm still not here. absolute joke, never deal with this worthless company

My first time using Sendle

My first time using Sendle - Courier never arrived and I received no notice. I was shocked by the recklessness of this company. If you want to be screwed and you are truly serious about it, go and use Sendle. Nothing is more effective in screwing customers up than Sendle is.

faked delivery attempt

Sendle delivery person just took the parcel directly to a parcel drop off location rather than attempt to deliver it. They then falsely recorded that they attempted delivery to the household and ignored the “proof of delivery” section in the app. Lazy and terrible service.

Missed pick up

Dropped 2 parcels off. 1 was deliveried and another was missed and still at drop-off store. And this is second time it happens.
Will never use Sendle again.
Cheaper but service like shit.

Sendle have to be the absolute worst…

Sendle have to be the absolute worst delivery service I've used , beyond a joke been waiting like 2 weeks to get something from Sydney which auspost express is a day and a half and non express it 3 days. They also have said they couldn't deliver because they had problems on their end my address was supplied which they said I didn't and I have no access issues which they ended up saying was the problem which walking a package with a cap in it from the road to my door there is literally nothing Infront of them except a doorway with do damn door and is now scheduled for redelivery and have to wait a further 3 days this is just pathetic now being with a third party there are little to no updates I can get except asking customer service each time and still to no prevail they tell me the following day when I can finally see the update anyway for the previous day this is again the worst service ever and is not the first time for me from now on I won't even use sellers that use sendle it's an absolute sh** show

RECOMMEND NOT USING SENDLE.

Sendle do not deliver to PO Boxes or Post Offices. (Because why would you want to collect Post from a Post Office…). Instead of redirecting to one of their local pick up points (which they can do), the return the item to sender- completing missing the point of operating a ‘delivery’ service. Useless.

companies using Sendle are going to loose business

I have now had two very bad experiences with Sendle shipping. The first was an order through Amazon (where I pay for prime). It's been over a month and I still don't have the parcel.
The second was direct through a company that is unfortunately using Sendle. Same story. It's been 3 weeks and based on the tracking the parcel went from Etobicoke to Calgary and is now back in Etobicoke. Just terrible.

Hopeless.

A parcel sent to me from Caboolture to Brisbane which is 40 km from Brisbane.
On the due date for delivery the scan said it was in Melbourne 2000 km away. Next the scan said delivery delayed wonder why. Next scan delivery today on board with driver 7 pm now still no delivery.
This parcel was a small gasket cost $15 to not get it to me at least somewhere close to delivery time.
I thought other services were bad I’m going back to them.
Warning if you would like your parcel to get lost try this mob.

Fake delivery attempts, avoid these guys

Delivery instructions said leave in a safe place, parcel didn't require a signature. On the day of expected delivery, get a message "Drivers Note: not home"". Checked security cameras, no delivery attempt. What a joke of a company. I'm not confident I'll even get my parcel. Not sure why any retailer would use these clowns and risk their customers getting this poor service.

Giving an one star is because I can't give a zero. How they are still in business, I don't know understand. Everytime a seller or business uses Sendle to post my purchase it is a nightmare and I always have to intervene and lodge a complaint to get my parcel. When I lodge a complaint this time they sent me a link that apparently sellers and buyers have to agree too. I don't know it's Sendle uses until they provide the tracking details. Then it's just too late. If I know it's Sendle, I can confidently say use another provider or your business is off my list. Apparently I as the buyer consent to the term and conditions. I don't know, maybe ACCC may have something to say about that.

When a third party can't deliver on their services it hurt the business using it too. They don't deliver to PO, post office, parcel collect, parcel locker and will send back to the seller to charge a second fee. That's not a great business model for any business. Businesses stay away if you want to keep you customers and buyers happy.
