Sene Avis 

I ordered two suits from Sene. Their policy when ordering multiple suits as your first ever order through them is to produce one, send it to you to ensure sizing is good and then begin production on the remaining items. The entire process was seamless and I received my first suit in a timely manner. Happy to say the fit was spot on. Excited to receive my second!

I purchased a jacket and pants from you all with the hopes of falling in love. Sadly, that was far from the case. I understand that the sample sale items are sold "as is," but I was of the understanding that they are also "matched to the closest standard size."

I ordered a Sample Soho FlexTech Blazer - Charcoal - Charcoal / 40 and Sample Soho FlexTech Pants - Charcoal - Charcoal / 34 / 30. I was admittedly nervous about the pants (I typically wear a 32, but the 34 was all that was available. These actually turned out great! They're a little large in the waist, but with a belt and a tucked in shirt, I have no problem with them.

The jacket is a completely different story. A standard size 40 jacket fits me just right - sleeves, chest, length...perfect. However, the "size 40" I received seems fit for a child. The chest is tiny, the length is barely over my waist, and the sleeves come about half way down my forearms. This is unacceptable, and whomever rated this jacket as a size 40 should be ashamed.

Overall, clean craftsmanship, quality materials. Only complaint is that the jean material just below the front pocket line was not faded like the rest of the garment, which looks kind of goofy if it pokes out.
No resistance on the re-make process. The only bother is that, even with quick responses, it could take several weeks of trial and error before you find something you like. Their first attempt at jeans from my measurements were much too tight through the legs but much too loose along the waist. Customer service was very responsive to work with me to process a re-make. The new fit has knees that are too loose, but it was so comfortable that I kept them as casual jeans. I am about to do my third fit attempt to hone that in.

I ordered some custom-fit jeans from Sene, and it was a wonderful experience! Their perfect fit guarantee is no joke! The email communication (from an actual person, as far as I can tell!) walked me through the process, and when I needed alterations (not just once), they were patient and graceful and professional. It did take a bit of back-and-forth, but that is likely more because of my lack of knowledge about the fit process, than any fault of the fit professionals! And now I have jeans that fit perfectly for the first time since middle-age hit and made my body... uh, "sizeless"! Thank you Sene!

Comfortable Suit- Even Better Service

As a big man, a custom fit suit is not only expensive but at times not very satisfying. Sene Studio changed that! The initial suit jacket was a little short but the pants fit perfectly. However, after contacting them, a reissued, at no extra cost, a new jacket that now also fit perfectly. An excellent experience that will make order from Sene again!

I initially ordered a suit in May 2023, received it 3 weeks later. Thanks to their perfect fit guarantee, even though it didn’t fit perfectly out of the box, they took care of it and I received it a couple weeks later. It fit perfectly. It caused me to order another suit and two shirts. Now these are bespoke so you have to be patient and make sure they fit right. And boy do they fit right! I love them! Just be patient and some lovely fitted clothes will be your reward.

It’s not an exaggeration to say this is the best pair of jeans I’ve ever worn. Compared to other online custom-tailored clothing sites Sene kept me well informed of updates and shipping. And the changes they made from the first revision were perfect! These jeans not only look great but they stay up without adjustment. I’m thrilled with the jeans.

Love my suit! Most comfortable suit I have. First fit came back slightly baggy but I sent it in and took their advice on fit and the 2nd version is perfect! I'm heading to the store now to buy more!

After the fit not being exactly how we wanted it the first time, we simply sent some pictures of how it fit, shipped it back and they made a new one and sent to us.

I have ordered and received several flex suits, shirts and now shorts. I absolutely LOVE all of them. They look and fit fantastic!! Many many compliments! Being 6'6" It has been a challenge for me, personally. to find apparel that fits properly. No issues here. Thrilled with everything from quality, service, fit and finish. Top Notch. I ordered three items from Sene to wear to two events. I received my suit pants, jacket and dress shirt in July. The initial fit had some issues, so I sent the suit back for alterations. I received the mostly remade suit (the original pants were only altered) in mid-August. When I tried it on, it looked and felt great. The suit is chic, sexy and versatile (dress it up or down). The polyester fabric feels luxe and breathes. Having the pieces cut to my actual shape makes a huge aesthetic difference. I wore it to see a play and, as I sat there, I thought about how comfortable I felt. That is a feeling I have never had about mens' suiting. I plan on ordering a vest to go with the rest of the suit and, possibly, a polo shirt and another suit. I'd recommend giving Sene a shot, especially since the alterations are free and very accurate.

The process of measuring and fitting custom jeans over the internet has the potential for great disappointment and frustration, but Sene manages to handle this delicate transaction with grace! I ordered two pairs of jeans and the first mock-up I got was way too small. I sent in pictures and my thoughts on possible alterations and they got back to me right away. Their customer service/fitting specialists are excellent and work very quickly. The only downside is the cost, but custom work is expensive! I hope to get many years out of these jeans and order again in the future!

Sene had great customer service. They remade my pants twice and jacket three times to make sure I got the right fit that fits perfect. Bigger guy with longer torso so finding a suit has not been fun. Looking forward to me next one on the way by sene!
