it’s a SCAM. They keep charging your bank until you have to change your card.

i ordered off them about a year ago and they’ve just taken money off me again out of the blue, you try to email them and the address is not found. scam

Ordered the £1 sample at the end of August, never received it. They've kept taking £30 from my bank every 4 days even though I did not subscribe to anything. They don't answer emails, there's no phone number to contact them on. Absolute scumbags, thieves. Have started legal proceedings against them.

The company took £121 from my account! SCAMMERS! THE SHOP DOESN'T EXIST!!! THEY STEAL FROM YOU!!!!

This company has taken £180 pound out my bank account and iv received nothing. Sent for the £1 pound free trial my bank is now involved they dont replay to emails nothing.

Ordered a bottle of tan for life £1. And still not recieved. They have taken another £30 next week and tried to take another £30 last night. They don't reply to emails

don’t buy anything from this “company” I ordered on the 6th of may…. £48 pound and it’s never been delivered. Now when I try to access the website it doesn’t show up! these people are SCUM!
And I will be taking this as far as I can! It’s not about the money anymore! How they can scam so many people is beyond me! Every single person needs to contact all national papers.. plaster them all over the internet. They will be caught soon though, con artists like this always do :)

Order placed for 2 bottles of tan £1 each to try this, they then proceeded to take £60 per week out of my bank for a weekly subscription of fake tan, which iv not received 1 never mind a weekly supply so wish id checked these reviews before ordering 😤

Do not order from this company. They should be forbidden to even advertise. Order placed in April of 2025. It’s now the end of July and I still don’t have my order. One time they responded to my email requesting an update. I sent them at least 15. They blamed it being late due to the shipping company. Total scam site

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Product didn’t come on time, was meant to get 2 and when it did come only 1 arrived. Been emailing for weeks, keeping getting responses off what is clearly somebody who can’t read as they completely disregard what you ask for. AVOID at all costs. Wish I’d read other reviews first

Yodel lost my parcel and ask me to contact Senna, I’m in 30 days and still they don’t understand Yodel has asked them to contact them, they haven’t and keep saying it’s delivered.

REFUND SAYS IS AN OPTION BUT IT ISNT!!!!

Waste of time. Save your money and put it down on a deposit for a real tan/ holiday.

I havet ordered and paid for a jacket. Have not received any conformation nor tracking nummer. Believe this to be a scam?

This is a MAJOR SCAM!!! I’ve sent 12 emails and they have NOT sent me anything nor have they reimbursed me!!! Do not even try!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY FKN HORRIBLE SCUMBAGS!!!!

Do NOT order this. I placed an order in march. Got my bottle delivered today. In june. Tried to email several times but couldn't get a response. Unfortunately I'm seeing these reviews just now.
In the add girls are dropping this into large bottles of water or a tall glass. But on the bottle you're supposed to drop 5ml in 50ml of water and it tastes awful.

Never got my product, asked for a refund and got the same response every time that my order is taking longer than expected. This has been over 2 months and can’t get a real response

Not only a snake oil product that doesn't deliver the results advertised but poor customer service too.

The "45 day guarantee" they offer is subject to store credit refund only. Once they have your money they are keeping it unfortunately. Stay clear.

I bought online and saw the reviews after unfortunately. On the website there is no written description of quantities and it clearly shows a 60ml bottle. So on their buy one get one free offer you would expect 2 x 60ml bottles. Oh no, apparently the 60ml bottle is one bottle with double the quantity in to save on packaging / the environment. This is total rubbish. Now they won't reply to emails. Even if the bottle I've got makes me look like look like I've just got back from a holiday on the literal sun I would never buy from these people again on principle. 0/10. Scammers.

Complete scammers! Do not order from them. I ordered 2 bottles of tanning drops on a BOGOF offer and I never received an order confirmation or delivery update and I never received the items. Tried to contact them with no reply. They took my money which I now have to try and claim back from the bank and I have reported it as a scam to my bank.
