Absolutely awful customer service and support! They don’t respond to emails or social media messages. I purchased by one get one free but only received one bottle and to my surprise still no response from them . AVOID AT ALL COSTS DONT YOUR MONEY.

I am so upset that I took the website reviews seriously I feel so stupid. I ordered a couple of days ago to then see it was shipped from china which it didn’t disclose on website so wanted to look further into it and came across these reviews and I feel sick. It’s apparently signed me up to a monthly subscription that I did not ask for and I’m so scared now. Absolutely hate people that do this!!!! Scum of the earth and now I have no idea what to do.

I wish I could rate this negative stars. This company is fully BS scammers and I'm embarrassed I fell for it. It took well over a month to get my first shipment (which was only one bottle, not the bogo as advertised) and now they've charged me for a second month, despite several emails asking to cancel. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could rate minus 5 stars I would! absolute scam! trying to take money every other day, no way of contacting them! need locking up and the product was awful!

Still waiting on my order and had no update on the delivery or from the website. Is this a scam?? The reviews don’t give it a good name to the company.

Can’t dispute anything with my bank due to it being less than 14 days since I’ve contacted. I will be contacting them straight away to get this resolved in a weeks time.

Bought a bogof deal. Took FOREVER to arrive. Only sent one item. Not the free one. Does not respond to emails.

Scammers! Product never arrived 6 weeks later!!!!
I never signed up for a subscription as I had never tried to product. However I’m now tied in with no cancellation process and the email address on their website is fake!!!!

More importantly, I had a severe allergic reaction to it. I have a crustacean allergy. No mention on the packaging or ingredients about crustaceans but after some Google digging there may be a link to the Lutein Zeaxanthin and therefore astaxanthin. Spent the night in A&E

Took the money and received an order on way confirmation email and now nothing! Website no longer works and Facebook link deleted.

Scammers, been a month and nothing has been sent out. Received another email about my subscription and there's no way to cancel it on their website. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY DONT SEND OR REPLY TO EMAILS

I would leave zero stars if i could. Wish I had read the reviews on here before I made a purchase. I placed my order almost 5 weeks ago, still not arrived. I have emailed them countless times with no response. Do not buy from this company, its a scam!
