Sensory Toy Warehouse Avis 

Awful don't use
Ordered over £200 of sensory equipment for a new baby class, said it would be delivered Tuesday by dpd, no order has arrived dpd still say its awaiting it but according to sensory toy warehouse it was delivered yesterday at 10.26 to a random name.
No help just kept saying she would send over dpd tracking her end to say delivered. I rang dpd and they are still awaiting it, she didn't seem to get in touch with dpd. Atrocious service would never use again and I'm out of pocket. Apparently warehouse was off yesterday too on a Thursday? Very odd? Wondering if this is actually a company as always get the same lady on the phone that's very unhelpful

Have placed a couple of orders recently for our new Sensory areas and the products look amazing. The bubble tubes are wonderful. Service from Playlearn has been second to none, incredibly helpful and resolved all the questions I had, particulary Lianne. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great range of products and super friendly
helpful customer service too. I ordered the 10 x Senosry Gel Shapes Squidgy Sparkle Numbers Fidgeting Toy amongst other things and I'm really impressed.

This company are a delight to deal with. I received a duplicate parcel which I returned but unfortunately due to some mix up, possibly by the carrier, it was delivered back to me. Sensory Toys kindly gifted the duplicate parcel to me after I reported it's delivery and they thanked me for my honesty. So very polite and caring - an absolute pleasure to do business with. Great selection of products that suit different physical and sensory needs. The customer service was great and delivery was very fast even over the Christmas period. Would definitely reccomend and would happily order again!

Really recommend STW. From ordering, quick delivery and fast response to queries. Ordered an LED light up tree trunk, arrived quickly and my grandson with autism is delighted with it. Good quality for the very reasonable price. I did have a problem with it, initially, which turned out to be operator error 🙄 but on contacting them, received a prompt response and would have been easy to get a replacement or refund, if it had been necessary. Helpful, pleasant staff. Will order from them again.

What fantastic customer service from this Company! Following an issue, out of their control. this was resolved in such a professional manner that I would not hesitate to use again. It is reassuring when you get to speak directly to someone directly especially when they are so polite and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant received our item super fast we got the light up sensory ball for our son all in working order he will love it can't wait to see his little face Christmas morning

My son absolutely loves his bubble tube. He finds it extremely relaxing and enjoys selecting different colours and watching the fish float up and down. It's well made and easy to install. Would have been useful to know it uses distilled water.

I ordered a lot of toys for my sons blackout tent. Battery operated fibre optic lamps, lighting up balls and domes and some stress balls of different types. Everything arrived really quickly despite being ordered between Christmas and new year. The toys were fantastic quality for the price. I’m really glad I’ve found this company and will no doubt return to buy more soon.

Well I've recieved this "how did we do" email before i recieved any information on when ill be receiving my actual order. ..

Ordered an assortment of sensory/autism toys, can’t remember the exact item name but it was a variety of about 10 items.
Super fast delivery, reasonable price. Only minor issue is ‘variety’ I got a tub of putty, two fidget toys and the rest was just an assortment of silicone/rubber balls. Now to be fair one of these balls was a rugby shape and one did glow in the dark (wasn’t in original package either) but overall it’s a decent little bag of goodies.
I’d happily buy more from this site and probably will.
