As a small family business we understand that adding a sauna to your home isn't an inexpensive purchase, and it may take some thought. Saunas are well build and beautiful
Saunas are well build and beautiful. Costumer service is excellent. They even replaced our whole sauna after the temp sensor went bust and the wood got blackened from the high temp. I highly recommend this company and my friends already ordered theirs

Very helpful and knowledgeable young man talked me through the options and guided me to the best Sauna for my specific requirements , turned out to be lower cost option to the ones I had chosen on line before the conversation.

Absolutely brilliant sauna

We recently bought a sauna and had a few questions upon installing it. I rang and got through straight away. The guy was really helpful & knowledgeable and answered our questions there and then. The sauna is lovely and looks great in our garden too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Outstanding customer service.
We bought 4-6 person tradition sauna 2 months ago. Sauna was delivered quickly and was easy to put together. Customer service after sale has been absolutely outstanding!
We use our sauna most days, and have had couple of minor issues that needed company's advise. Each occasion they have helped, and gone way above.
