Very easy to deal with and Sertus offer high end compliance. I have been using these now since 2008 with no issues. Top Drawer organisation and my word counts being in the industry 33 years.

Great Experience at Sertus Live 2!
I attended ‘Sertus Live: Smoke Control in Action’ and found it to be a really valuable event. It tackled the industry challenge of design intent to what firefighters actually experience on site.
It was a really collaborative day with plenty of discussion throughout – big thanks to the team at Sertus for putting it all together and bringing the industry together!

Supportive Team and Excellent Follow‑Through
I contacted the team to arrange training on one of the systems currently in place on site. Although they were unable to assist directly, they got back to me promptly and explained that they work alongside another provider who would be better suited to support this request.
While I hadn’t yet followed this up myself, their team kindly reached out and provided the relevant contact details for the supplier. A special thank you to Emily, who followed up on my enquiry and delivered exactly what was promised. The communication throughout was helpful and proactive.
