Huge Disappointment/ Misleading

This bank has been a huge disappointment. The information they give customers is misleading. I would have the government investigate the schemes they are practicing. Several months ago, there was a fire in Los Angeles, and I was indirectly affected by it. This bank offered me to enter into a forbearance program, and I agreed to participate only if it didn't affect my credit. They assured me that it would not affect my credit negatively. After all the assurance they gave me both verbally and in writing they went ahead and reported that I was 60 days late on my payments. I called and sent several letters asking them to delete the negative reporting. They would come back and say they would look into it however they still have not. A couple days ago I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Representative advised that a supervisor was busy but would contact me by the end of that day. I never received a call. As a consumer if we cannot trust the banking and lending institutions then who are we to trust? This is why I recommend to deeply check into this bank's operations and practices.

Excellent Support from Jennalyn

I was very impressed with the team at Servbank, especially Jennalyn. She was extremely helpful and guided me smoothly through my mortgage loan process. Her professionalism and clear communication made everything much easier. I felt supported at every step, and I really appreciated her patience and expertise.

Caleb was soooooo helpful in helping me navigate new insurance policy details, changes in monthly payments and with my escrow account. I am a neophyte in all things financial so it’s a relief to have Servbank and Caleb!

Great customer service

Great customer service. The agent knew how to answer my questions and was so polite. I didn’t wait more than 2 min to be connected and the question was resolved in one call. My customer service rep was in Manila, Philippines and was easy to understand and communicate with.

Exceptional attitude about responding…

Exceptional attitude about responding to my questions and concerns about not receiving 1098 2024 request few weeks ago and offered to experdite my request and apolized for other agent not sending requested information. I was very pleased by professional way he responded and very terrific English language skills. I have great appreciation for his mastery of a difficult language and applaud him for taking classes and studying on his own. He is an exceptional representative of your agents and 10++ for Customer Relations.

Associate

After forgetting to make a payment for the first time , on top of never being late, the Serv Bank associate who worked with me was absolutely Great . He understood, and was very pleasant to work with in order to resolve my mistake . Thank You Serv Bank for this Associate of which I do regret not remembering his name, but I’m sure you can look this Associate up. He did great, and was completely supportive and understanding.

As a client I want you forbearance Shelly who is my contact person has been very helpful very knowledgeable and very kind when you're going through financial stress it is good to know that the mortgage company that you have still have some compassion for its clients and I appreciate that I appreciate her so much for being kind

this place sucks they wont prove who…

this place sucks they wont prove who they are,,thier caller id says they arent who they say they are....they want you to prove who you are everytime you call but wont prove who they are...when you call the real servbank number they say they have nothing to do with the mortgage part of the company..when they took over on my loan they didnjt transfer my automatic payments and are charging e late fees for something that is thier own faults....i advise everyone who had a mortage with servbank to sue them over thier caller id and misidentfying who they are.....

From 0 to 100

When Servbank first took over for TMS, I was mortified by their customer service. However, since then, I must say they have improved tremendously and it feels like TMS again. Customer care matters and I am glad they got it, and improved it since.

Maria was very helpful when I called to extend my forbearance. She advised me my options and made me feel comfortable with my decision. She truly cared about me as a client and wanted to help me with my loan. Will definitely recommend them to all my clients. I’m a realtor.

Servbank transferred my loan and…

Servbank transferred my loan and reported it closed causing my credit report to go down 28 points. The phone number will not let me through since the acct is closed. I have filed a dispute with transition and equivalent
