I recently had an extremely frustrating and disheartening experience with Servbank as a company. This has going on since December. The Reps I spoke to were kind, thoughtful, and tried to be as understanding as they were allowed to be. Due to sudden income loss, we reached out to the "dedicated care team" for help. The initial process was so easy and made all our problems seem so light. But nothing was done as indicated. We got reported delinquent all while being told "our paperwork was in process and we had nothing to do on our end". Our credit score took a 104 pt. hit .... I have gone as far up as the supervisor being told I'm wrong with the only proof on their end. If I'm wrong or misunderstood something, so be it, but I would like to get a transcript of the conversations because I took notes and tried to be as meticulous as possible in making this decision. I don't take my finances/ bills/ credit score lightly. Nope, no transcript take legal action if you want that... What? On top of that, every rep. I have spoken with, despite their kindness, adds another little detail that wasn't added in prior convos. Just frustrating.

I have been with ServBank for several years. Every single interaction I have had with them has been extremely positive!! Today, I spoke with another phenomenal representative. They have calmed me when I was worried, answered questions, laughed with me, and supported me in my home journey. I honestly, could not ask for a better mortgage company. Thank you!!!!!

For some reason; ServeBank mobile app is messed up. Has been for several months. I went into the application to look at my bill and actual due date. Then I came out of it. 2 hours later; I got an email thanking me for making a payment, which I did not do. I have to plan my payments because I’m on a limited budget. If I had not seen this, I would’ve been having a lot of grief. You need to fix this. The lady who helped me was fantastic and saw the predicament that this faulty app put me in.

Was fortunate to have made contact with an Associate, who was so well informed, he was able solve an issue. One which even I could not actually articulate the source of my problem.
He weathered thought all my misgivings and successfully cleared up all those concerns!

I was injured at work and am waiting for my payments to kick in and I am a few day past getting my payment in. I called serve bank and talked to customer service who was very supportive and worked with me to get my payment scheduled and keep my account straight. I really appreciate customer service and all they do to help. I highly recommend Serve Bank to anyone need assistance with a home mortgage for a new home or current home. Very Happy.

Servbanks escrow people are a disaster. First they overpaid my taxes, and when the county returned the funds, the did not credit them to my account. Second, I paid my own taxes directly and called Servbank to make sure they did not duplicate the payment. Three weeks later, they don't have in the records that the taxes are paid and plan to duplicate the payment.
