Very shady people. In the beginning they spoke so well, but after they took 20k from me, they stopped responding to my calls. Do not trust. Rather than asking them to settle, go for the settlement option yourself. Do not pay them!!! You will end up in a soup. Just a bunch of cheaters.

The representatives have been very helpful and supportive.
