Badly made the reviews they show /put on thier advertisements must be completely fake made up or paid for
Do yourselves a favour save your money go buy from a reputable store on the high street ....

The quality was very poor even after 5 mins of wearing i started having back pain the uncomfortable back no support at all in pictures they show full support while in real no such lift plus for returns they asked for tracked delivery which costs around 16£…. While tge order was 26£. Never gonna buy again

Bought the underwear from here, does nothing that it says on the advert! Don’t buy!!!

Awful product. Nothing like what pictured or described. Sizing is totally off too. After reading the reviews I haven’t even bothered trying to send back for a refund as I expect it will be more effort than it’s worth. Avoid.

I ordered the 3 thongs for £9.99 plus postage. As soon as I opened the 1st one I knew I'd been conned! Nothing like as advertised so I replied on the original order email explaining that I'd give 2 weeks for them to return my money before I reported them and would raise a dispute with my bank. I got a reply very quickly and have been refunded half my money. Lesson learned. Would not recommend this company or use them again!!

Do not order from this company!!! The quality is shocking & will not accept returns. The response I am being sent is:

“I completely understand how frustrating it is not to be able to return unused and unopened items. For hygiene reasons, we aren’t able to accept returns on intimate wear, even if boxes are sealed and the product is unworn. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers. I appreciate that this isn’t the resolution you were hoping for.”

So even if you haven’t worn the items, want a refund, you can’t! I will be attempting a chargeback from my card company to try get my money back.

I ordered it cos it said supports big boobs and it arrived, it's rubbish fabric, no support at all. Waste of time and money. I was forced to email them for the return address. They didn't reply. They don't have it on website and googling doesn't show any.

Ordered the invisible gym pants and when they arrived I had to laugh. I have been absolutely conned and fell for the fake 5 star trust pilot reviews on their website as they have 1 star when you go to trust pilot website. Just a normal pair of pants but worse, see through flimsy peice of fabric and paid £13 for them, hilarious.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Please stay well clear of this company. I should have read the reviews on here first and not trusted their website reviews! I bought the invisible thongs. Worst overpriced product I’ve ever purchased. Small fitting, thin flimsy material. No time taken to make whatsoever. Not even worth £1 each let alone £9.99. They advise you can have a refund if you return the goods via tracked shipping back to China which is almost the cost of your order!

Absolute rubbish. No support. Only suitable for small boobs I bought L I’m 36dd I’d say it’s a b cup. Bin it I got in touch for a refund but no reply.

I rarely write bad reviews but feel this company warrants it. What everyone else said really. Not true to size, WAY too small for size they say. Asked for photos of packaging and items for return. Told to use tracked postage which would have cost £16. Order was only £22. Again, like others said, I should have read reviews first and also checked where items were coming from. Will not use this company again.

Ordered from this company but after reading the reviews I emailed "Emma" to cancel the order. To be fair they have but they have charged me 15% for restocking 😂 what a laugh. At least I got £17 back off them and yes I have checked it's been refunded to my account.

I wrote a review slating this company but it pays to complain as I received a credit for a third if my money back. Emma couldn’t have been more helpful thanks so very much x

Wish I could rate no stars …awful support back material is so thin if you are big busted it pulls material up the back and underarms has already laddered …. I ordered 3xl as stated for a 42DD and it was still too small what a waste of money I will send photos but apparently will got no response !! 😡 and wished id of checked the reviews before hand

Sent me the size bigger than I ordered and they were still too small. Then I have to pay for them to be returned to China. Please please please don’t waste your money.

Bras came. Didn't fit, offer any support, looked awful. Initiated a return. Shapechic wanted a picture or video of me wearing the bra(!!!) then said they will only accept tracked returns to a warehouse in China at the cost of £20+. Got a refund but not on the postage. Very bad experience.

Give a zero if I could. Do not buy total rubbish cheap material not cut properly and straps won’t stay up put mine in the bin. I’ve complained but they don’t care I have complained to TikTok and Insta as they should not be promoting this utter rubbish

I ordered as it stated for my size and they were so small when they arrived. I think they are using Chinese size they are definitely not English size.
It would cist me £14 to return them please please do not buy
