Absolutely nothing like advertised , ordered black and cream got a completely different colour , no support for boobs very bad quality and the sizes are awful too , very dissatisfying and disappointing

Delivery took a while, which is to be expected seeing as they are coming from China. Didn’t receive the colours I ordered. Bras are nothing special, and the support isn’t great, but will do for wearing around the house. No point in returning as I have just read the reviews explaining the difficulties when returning items. Not the worst purchase but most definitely not the best either.

De kleuren van de grijze en beige komen niet overeen. De grijze is in het echt véél donkerdere de beige is gewoon geel/perzik van kleur ipv crème/beige.Ook de maat klopt niet: Heb maat L besteld en XL ontvangen.Ook verwachtte ik een Europees kwaliteitsproduct te ontvangen en heb ik rommel gekregen aar met koeienletters "MADE IN CHINA" opstaat en wat het geld zeker niet waard is.

Like other reviews have said items are tiny unless you are an A cup. Get sent sizes not ordered, no support in flimsy bras. If you want to return you have to pay tracked return to China - £14! Lesson learned . Wish I had read reviews first

I was really disappointed with the product- I ordered xl and the bras I received looked child sized. I contacted the company to return the item and provided a picture of the product in its original packaging as requested. I was then given an address in CHINA to return the products to which I was liable to pay. The post office quoted me £14!! Should have checked trust pilot first- they need reporting to trading standards.

Same as the majority of these reviews... Ordered with slight hope.. got XL and they're ridiculous. Flimsy crap that wouldn't support any boob size above an A cup! Absolute garbage product, nothing like what you see on all of the adverts!!!!

I recently order from shape chic, with the shocking surprise (not) that those bra’s where whey whey to small. I can’t even get in touch with them. I can’t return it, or ik just can’t find it, horrible experience never again!

The bras are useless - thin unsupportive fabric not even finished edges. I would like to give NO stars but can't. Don't waste your money - returns are to China! It's a con really because the photos and description make the bras look lovely.

I bought 3 Large size bras and received 3 X-Large. Despite being larger than ordered they were far too small and gave absolutely no support. There was no paperwork or return address and despite them sending the wrong size I imagine I will have to pay to return or get the error rectified. I wouldn't recommend buying these.

These are best bras I have ever bought they are comfortable and fit really well and give me the lift I need I bought them when they were buy one get 2 free and I have recently bought some more.

Biggest mistake ordering from here , delivery took so many days I was not even in the country when it arrived , I asked for 3 Large size they sent me 3 X Large , took days to get an address to post it back only to be told I have to pay for return of if I want an exchange , even though they sent the wrong size , now it’s costing me close to what I paid for them to send it back so I’m stuck with the wrong size bras . Total disgrace , no customer service at all .

Ordered and goods did not fit so wanted to return - was told they had to be returned to China at my cost which is more than the original cost!!! Disgraceful DO NOT ORDER

It should be zero, Brough three bras from them, absolute disaster from start to finish. Paid for express delivery, took three weeks to come, after yodel even had to repack them due to not fit for delivery. They arrived and nothing like advertised, it was literally a piece of material with some sort of foam sown in where the cups should be. The material was not even hemmed just rough cut. No word of a lie it looked like a 4 year old made it. Please stay away from this company as it's a con from start to finish they are not as the models show you, nothing like it and they come straight from China not the uk as advertised. Fight to get your money back, they try every trick in the book to keep it. They should be banned from advertising in the uk as a scam

Recieved them today. I ordered 2xl and 3xl and received 3xl and 4xl which DIDNT FIT! I have been well and truly scammed and i hope nobody else makes the same mistakes as i did. Im a 46F and thought i finally found a bra for me but i was scammed instead

It took me a good two weeks to to receive my order, but before it got to me, it was sent to completely a wrong address even though my address was clearly written, so adding to the two weeks was another 4 days. I had ordered a medium size, but when the goods finally came (buy one get 2) the size is XL that looks like a 32 A, for a company claiming to have created some bra good enough to support ladies with big bust, this is ridiculous! The material is the cheapest of the cheap no wonder they are selling for such ridiculous price and then giving out two or more depending on the order. They are said to be on an offer because the original price is supposed to be £46/£51, those bras have never been that price tag, they are not worth that price, this is just a way of collecting money from people desperately needing a good supportive bra. Before you decide to buy, read this first so you can save your money..

I was kept informed by the company and my order was easy to track from China, arriving around 8 days after ordering. I ordered the original bra, buy one get two free and I agree they are light weight, but they're cheap so what do you expect? I found them a bit of a struggle to pull on because the fabric rolls up, but once they're on they're very comfortable. I did receive a size bigger than ordered, but this was explained in the order confirmation and the size fit perfectly. I don't normally buy from overseas, but all in all this was a positive buying experience.

Never ever got my order no reply from the company so can’t even get a refund total scammers 😡wish I read the reviews before I bought it.
