Shark Support came through
Arnas assisted me with my account. I had already gone through other support and Discord with no real movement. He reviewed the account himself, explained what he saw.
He also looped in the technical team and said he was personally on the case. Clear, direct, and he actually did something.
That’s the kind of support that makes the firm worth dealing with.

Total Scam Stay away
I bought 5 50k accounts and I can't trade them because My drivers license expired and I can not Pass their KYC, I asked for a refund and they said NO there are no refunds no matter what. So I loss my money and I didn't even do it trading. These guys are a total scam take your business elsewhere.

KYC verification is a legal requirement for us and it needs a valid, in-date ID - that's not a rule we can waive. Our refund policy is published before purchase, but we don't want anyone left unable to trade accounts they've paid for. Please contact support: if you can complete KYC with a current ID, we'll get your accounts active. If that's not possible, come to us anyway and we'll look at what we can do.

lol the firm sucks meet all the payout requirments and they will loop you just to not pay you out. their platform is the worst iv seen doesnt even work or update. dont bother contacting support either they are useless

Shark Futures is absolute TRASH
Shark Futures is absolute trash - It took them two days after one of the combines was purchased to activate the combine. They also have charged my CC multiple times for accounts I never created. This is a FRAUDULENT firm and everyone should stay clear away and use better firms.

We don't run subscriptions and our system doesn't bill the same purchase twice, so a duplicate charge from us isn't something that can happen. We also can't locate a customer record matching this review. If you have been charged more than once, please send support the last four digits of the card, the charge dates and the email used at checkout, and we'll trace every transaction against our records. If any charge came from us in error, we'll refund it immediately.

Does Not Payout!
Have awaited 4 days from support to tell me why my accounts have been “blocked”. The accounts only got blocked after I met all criteria for a max payout.
I would love nothing more for SHARK TEAM to fix this, but it has been nothing but silence. I will update when I hear something from their team. Anyone interested in this firm I would love to hear your thought!

Accounts aren't blocked for meeting payout criteria. This one was closed following a documented breach of our terms, and the evidence is on file. We're not able to discuss an individual's account details publicly - contact our support team and we'll walk you through it.
Scam Firm Stay Away
1 winning day away from payout and banned off the platform with all accounts terminated. No explanation given or what Terms of service what breached. Terrible Scam firm. DO NOT USE!

Accounts aren’t closed here for being profitable or for approaching a payout. This one was terminated for a substantiated terms breach, which was documented and communicated at the time. We won’t discuss an individual’s account details in public, but we’re confident in the decision and happy to walk the account holder through it via support.
