Does not payout
Does not payout. Followed all rules and deactivated all of my accounts as soon as I hit all payout criteria. Scam! I would love nothing more than a full and fair review of my accounts, but the Shark team has fully ignored every request! This firm could be very good if they followed through on their promises!
Update: It has been 3 days since following all criteria to get a payout, and still have not heard back from their team as to why I am "blocked" from their platform. I am hoping for a fair review and understand that firms make mistakes. I hope this one gets resolved soon!

We don't close accounts or withhold payouts arbitrarily, and we've never declined a legitimate one. Every account closure at Shark Futures follows a documented review against our published Terms and Trading Policy, and is tied to a specific violation - not timing, and not the size of a payout.
We understand it's frustrating to receive a decision without feeling you got the full picture publicly, but we don't discuss the specifics of individual accounts here, for the same reason no financial firm does.
To be direct: cheaters are not welcome at Shark Futures. Every account is reviewed, and anyone found exploiting the platform will be banned - that policy isn't going to change.

I've been trading for 7+ years, profitably. Most of prop firms move me to a weird live account, give me consistency limitations and/or just simply ban me because I am profitable.
Shark's literally gave me a call and told me they wanna move me to real capital, hell yeah! Definitely recommend

STAY AWAY! They manufacture reasons not to pay.
I have been trading with Shark Futures for a little bit now, and up until this very important point, it's been pretty good.But how would you feel about a prop firm that manufactures reasons not to pay you when you earn it?
That's what just happened to me. When a prop firm advertises a $2000 trailing max drawdown, a 35% consistency rule, and 6 minimum positive trading days...and you achieve that...you should be paid without question. Shark Futures doesn't follow that logic!
I have been trading with Futures prop firms for over 3 years now, and I have made over $100k in payouts since I started. I trade them all the same way, and most of them pay without hesitation.
Today I received a payout rejection from Shark Futures, on my very first payout request with them. Even though I recorded a 95% win rate, earned over $3000, stayed under the 35% consistency, and hit the 6 day minimum...they denied my payout. The reason - my wins and losses are disproportionate and I don't always use a stop loss. SO WHAT?
You have a $2000 trailing drawdown. Did I hit that? NO. Did I win 95% of the trades I took over 6+ days of trading? YES. Did I hit the $3000 minimum profit needed to even request a payout? YES
Tradeify paid me 3 times on the same account in the last 30 days. Lucid paid me twice on the same account in the last 20 days. Alpha Futures paid me twice in the last 30 days. TopStep has paid me over $28k since I started trading with them.
Shark Futures - denied me for a rule that isn't clearly posted on their sales page. Pathetic! You know what's crazy? I have blown a good amount of challenge accounts with Shark Futures, and they have never made an issue with that. Funny how it's only an issue when they owe you money, isn't it?
Now they'll respond with some BS explanation for sure, but do not believe it, and do not waste your money with this prop firm!
Look at all of my past reviews here and you'll see I know what I'm talking about. I have posted about previous payouts. I have posted about scammy prop firms. I have more posts about this topic than anyone I have seen.
Stay away from prop firms that make up reasons to deny your payouts - like Shark Futures!

UPDATE to the response below. So I maneuvered through all of your "published in plain sight" rules, earned enough profit to request a payout without violating your trailing drawdown rule, and you deny that payout because of some hidden rule nobody will ever read. Convenient!
A transparent prop firm would never do that, but instead would have ALL of the rules that would disqualify a payout right on the sales page. We all know you would never sell another challenge if these 2 rules were posted right where people decide whether or not to click that purchase button, especially with so many other prop firms that aren't playing these games. Lucid, Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, and Topstep don't pull this stuff...ever!
Tell me I'm wrong...as I have all the payouts to prove it!

To be clear on the facts: you did meet the published challenge criteria - the profit target, the consistency rule, and the minimum trading days. We've never disputed that, and we understand why the outcome was frustrating.
What our Risk & Compliance team flagged was a separate issue: a repeated pattern of all-in positions held through large adverse moves with no stop-loss protection, where the account survived only because the market reversed. This is covered under our Prohibited Trading Practices policy (Sections 7 & 8), which is publicly available at help.sharkfutures.com. It isn't a hidden rule, and it isn't tied to whether the trailing drawdown was technically breached - it's about the risk that trading style carries once we fund an account with real capital.
We know prop firms handle this differently, and that some pay regardless of how risk is managed. We've chosen a different standard, and we apply it to every account the same way - including the challenge accounts that didn't work out, which is exactly why those were never an issue.
Your account has not been banned. We offered you a clear path to demonstrate improved risk management, after which your payout would be reconsidered - and that offer still stands.
We're a young firm and we won't pretend we're perfect. But we are not manufacturing reasons to avoid paying; we're holding every trader to the same risk standard, consistently and fairly. Great Community
I mainly trade NASDAQ and was looking for a futures prop firm with simple rules and affordable evaluations. Shark Futures caught my attention because everything is straightforward and easy to understand.
The Discord is active, support replies quickly, and the team actually seems involved with the community. I’m still early in my journey, but so far the experience has been smooth and professional. Looking forward to seeing how the firm grows.

So far Shark Futures is doing great. They are a fairly new firm and they have all the great inter workings to make them a top firm. So far the discord has been active and responsive. I've been using shark futures since their first week out. Hands down it has been the best experience with any propfirm. The accounts have very competitive prices compared to others. The trading platform used is also pretty awesome. I've recommended to friends of mine already. For anyone doubting this propfirm, just read this review.
