I'm a bit late in giving this review but I had a great experience with Shawcross a few months ago at the end of last year. I was looking for a dining table & chairs and was spoilt for choice with all their stock. I ended up speaking directly to Steve (the owner) several times, and he was super helpful in advising me what to get, and was so personable and friendly.

I ended up ordering some bar chairs as well as the dining furniture and I was extremely happy with the quality and also the delivery/assembly guys who were so friendly, efficient and quick! The install was complete in just over 20 minutes, and I have had so many compliments on my furniture.

Such a personalised service and high quality furniture. Would highly recommend and will be back as soon as I need anything else! Thank you so much Steve and team.

I placed my order approximately a month ago and still haven’t received my order which suppose to arrive with 7days. No emails, no phone calls, no updates. Very poor communication

Recently purchased a dining set from shawcross furniture. Stephen and the gang are Some of the most genuine furniture sales men Ive met in years. High quality household items at a very reasonable Price. ID highly reccomend Steve and his team.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Worst Customer Service i've ever received. I am appalled and gutted by the services received from this company. So bad, I feel the need to leave this review and prevent other customers from similar experience.

I purchased a dining table set which was set to be delivered today between 11am - 2pm. As i had not heard from the driver by 2pm, i contacted their office and was told the driver will be in touch.

I was finally contacted at 4:45pm to be informed that my delivery will be arriving between 6-6:30pm. When I questioned why I wasn't notified of the late delivery, I was told it was the driver's job to do so, the driver on the other hand claimed it was the admin/office staff error to having given a 2pm delivery, as his delivery list was showing my slot as 4pm - no remorse or accountability from anyone there.

To make matters worse, when I mentioned this will be reflected in my online review, Steve basically said to me "you don't deserve our furniture, I will cancel the order and refund your money". Yes, he said that 'word for word' with such sheer arrogance.

My entire day wasted waiting around for them and in the end, such repugnant statement was uttered by who I can only guess is the owner of the business.

So, if you are looking to transact with a company who values your hard-earned money, and will treat you with professional courtesy, then AVOID SHAWCROSS FURNITURE.
