Was a bit unsure about ordering online…
Was a bit unsure about ordering online dining chairs as couldn't see or touch them but when they arrived was delighted they look great 👍 they are the blue 💙 velvet lion knocker ones.
The service was great did phone to ask when to expect delivery and arrived when you said they would was within 2 weeks of ordering. Great service would definitely recommend

The order was late and I was promised…
The order was late and I was promised return calls which did not happen.
When I rang again I was lied to Bt a staff member and did not find him very helpful.
The courier then did not try and deliver the parcel but said he had and took a picture of a road.
Due to holidays I then had to wait another week for delivery do a most negative experience all round.

Loving our new dining table!
I ordered a 2m marble dining table from Shawcross. Absolutely fantastic item and service! A great pleasure to deal with Steve, who was very friendly and helpful. Delivered and assembled by Ricky and Liam, both of whom were also very friendly and efficient. Will definitely do business with the company again. And happy to recommend. Thanks guys!

Amazing quality and fast delivery
Completely wrong about these guys! Amazing company, even better delivery guys! Really happy with the quality and the time from ordered to getting it. I will be ordering here again and recommending to friends. Don't be put off by a few bad reviews because this company is trustworthy!!

Delivered fine great sofa
Delivered fine great sofa. Thought it would have been put into room of choice as it says on the website but was left at the front door for me to get in all by myself. Luckily I had a neighbour to help.
