Incredibly easy renewal process
The renewal process for my business property insurance was super simple. The team are always approachable. I don't need to call the office often but on the odd occasion that I do need to ask a question, the team is super helpful and super polite. And as a bonus, they found me a more affordable policy this year saving almost $1,000. Well done

Ethan was fantastic to work with! He acted quickly, efficiently, courteously, and with complete honesty. He took the time to understand my specific needs and brokered a great deal. I was so impressed with his service that I recommended him directly to my Head Contractor, who has now moved over to Shielded Insurance under Ethan's guidance. Outstanding job!
