Price point. Cheaper than all other quotes. Ease of use to obtain quote and then purchase policy. Policy covers what I require to ensure peace of mind for my caravan.
Customer service staff were exceptionally thorough and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them

We are VERY dissapointed with Club 4X4 Insurance.
Our vehicle broke down just after Christmas and was towed to a mechanic. It has now been over 4 months and the car is STILL NOT repaired. It was moved to a second mechanic in March, yet there has been no clear progress or resolution.
We have been left without a car this entire time. While we understand our policy didn’t include a hire car, the complete lack of support, urgency, and communication from the insurer has been unacceptable.
What is most concerning is the lack of claim management. My husband has had to follow up both mechanics himself numerous times just to get basic updates. At one point, the insurance company even asked him to contact the mechanic on their behalf — which is entirely inappropriate and not the role of the customer.
We are paying over $250+ per month for this policy and have received little to no support in return. There has been no proactive communication, no accountability, and no effort to drive this claim forward in a reasonable timeframe.
At this stage, the delays and lack of action raise serious concerns about how claims are being handled.
Overall, this has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and far below what we expected when choosing this insurer. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Yet within a short period of time, John investigated and found we had 2 active on-line quotes. The one I had paid and an extra one with a higher amount. Gratefully John sorted it out for us.
