I think it is ridiculous how you can’t…
I think it is ridiculous how you can’t call up and pay for an overdue bill over the phone, talk about a stupid, frustrating service you have. Constantly having to make sure you allocated money is just sitting in your bank account, not being able to get an exact day that the debit will be made just a range between several days. All I want to do is get my overdue bill sorted but yet I still have to wait for it to be attempted again by a direct debit.

I compared with another 4wd insurer and the difference was considerable.
As with any insurance the proof will be in the pudding when it comes lodge a claim, so hopefully it will be as painless.
