Level 2 food safety
This course was lead by Tadas and Marc. They were very friendly, informative and made the day a great experience. They were always happy to help answer any questions and kept us engaged by playing games and setting fun tasks.

Learnt a lot!
Really enjoyed the course and the interactive games to keep you engaged, thank you. Only thing I would mention is that I would have benefitted from receiving the training materials sooner, to get a head start as there is a lot to learn.

Only qualm was there was alot of deviation and chat around things not always linked to the course which left us sitting waiting to continue. I would also have liked to utilize the work books more and gone through the answers. Information all good as was the activities we did do! just less tangents!
