Najma was fantastic
Najma was fantastic. She was very friendly and witty, very knowledgeable and I enjoyed learning first aid via this course.
Najma had the ability to make serous stuff very lighthearted when necessary even when a couple of the team were a little squeamish when it came to blood and wounds.
